I had a problem with fiberglass insulation getting into my hvac duct work at the ceiling vents. Your company sent out 2 service techs to inspect the duct work, and they reported to me that they could not find any holes in the duct work or any evidence of problems. They suggested that i replace all the existing duct work. After they left i crawled under the home and within five minutes i found 3 holes in the feed line.Up to this point i was very happy with your company.
Is Steve Chapman's flooded my house years ago And today one of his workers in a Steve Chapman's Van intentionally tried to run me off the road and the road and flipped me out right after.... Horrible service from the company but also horrible people working for the company including Steve himself. Go anywhere but here...
I have used them for a while and today was the last time. They sent a tech out for a issue with heat in one of my units. The tech said a few of the duct lines were disconnected and one was crushed in the attic. I asked them price and they said 400 bucks. I told them to get it done. Later tenant called and said they could not do the repair for a few days. So I called them to cancel the repair and sent another company out. They said no one had been in the attic and fixed the issue in five minutes. The fire damper was closed cutting the air off. They suck!
I had all American air by Steve Chapman come out and provide an estimate. Their estimate was close to 2800 and other estimates from other companies were under $850. I’m not sure what the disconnect was but we always try to get three bids.
They did a good job on our AC install, but they billed the final payment on my credit card without my authorization. I would expect at least a phone call to make sure I was happy and see if I had any questions.
Steve got to me quickly after a call (same day) and fixed an issue I had. He didn’t charge me for his time/effort because another tech had been here a month ago for another issue. Good people, good company & great integrity! Thanks Steve!
I purchased a system from All American 6 years ago for my condo and was told I needed a maintenance contract because I am beach side and the salt corrosion out here reeks havoc on AC systems. The maintenance contract was supposed to prevent corrosion. So I just recently got a call from them telling me my system is in bad shape and needs to be replaced because of corrosion. Feel like I wasted my money on their so called "maintenance contract" if it needs to be replaced after just 6 years.I'm forced to give them 1 star but zero would be more appropriate.Saw an article where Lennox was knowingly using inferior materials which led to coil corrosion and failure and settled a class action lawsuit. More like All American rip off.
Have had my heat pump for the last seven years with no problems . I turned on the A/C on Friday getting it ready for the summer season. When it did not come on, I called and reported the problem to Vickey in the office on Saturday morning, and she had a repairman Jason here before noon to repair it. Don't know what else you can ask for.
Chris and John just completed the installation of a new Lennox heat pump and air handler at my home in St. Augustine. They were professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. They answered all my questions and did the installation just as I wanted it. I highly recommend them.
Just had two a/c units replaced after just buying a house. knew the units needed replacing just by looking at them, so it was a no brainer. Steve D. worked with me to select the options I wanted and could afford. Even though it took me a few months to raise the cash, he always responded within a day when I sent emails, sometimes on weekends. Even though they had never done it, they also installed the Ecobee 3 Wi-Fi thermostats I wanted, at the same price as Amazon, and gave me a credit for the ones they usually provide. The installation was very professional, a large crew showed up to got it all done in a day. They cleaned up after themselves and put down drop cloths. They went to the trouble of building very solid wood platforms on top of the attic joists instead of just setting them on top with a couple of 2x4s like the old ones were. Also replaced a lot of duct work. They were very communicative every step of the way, and asked several times what I preferred. A well oiled group that seemed to have done this several times before.
Can't speak to the price, this was the only quote I got and seemed fair. I've had a.c.units replaced in the past and looked up what the units retailed for.
