    I work as a property manager for several rental properties and we use several different companies from our vendor list. I must say that All American is the most responsive and helpful company I've dealt with in the years I've worked in property management. Jordan was amazing!..when I called after hours to get service for a property that had no heat. The home was 55 degrees and there was no way I wanted to have someone stay and freeze all night(temps were going to get quite low that night). Jordan called me back right away, then once some time went by I texted him to check in and give approval up to a certain amount to ensure they moved forward with the repair. He texted me back immediately and told me everything was fixed and there was no charge as the hvac system was still under warranty. He communicated well and in a timely manner, was extremely friendly, and got the job done in no time. The work was done, and I thought he may have not even made it to the property yet. Thanks Jordan your awesome :) you made the renters night as well!

    They charged me for a service I never had done!! I called All American Air to sign up for a service program for my 81 yr old father’s AC unit. I was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. I never got a call. I tried texting and calling back multiple times over a period of a couple of weeks and still couldn’t get an appointment scheduled. I moved on to another company and got my dad's unit serviced by another company within 48 hours of my phone call. Recently I received my Dad’s credit card statement and was surprised to find a $179 charge from All American Air for the service that we couldn’t even schedule much less have done. I called them right away and was told someone from their billing department would call me back. Big surprise several hours later I still hadn’t heard back. I called again and was told the credit will be processed. Save yourself some frustration and call another company.

    We have used All American Air for several years and, for the most part, the service personnel had been very good. However, among other probllems, they now appear to be too busy to meet their appointment times. They will tell you that they will put a note in the service request for "before noon", if possible, but this has turned out to be useless.

    Most recently, within 2-3 weeks, a repairman came regarding our A/C not cooling. He told us everything was fine and that we must have a "heat source" in the room causing the issue. The issue continued to the point that we called a different company. It turned out there was almost no freon in the system.

    We also have a service contract for a service visit every 6 months. They are so busy that they have not met that and they do not call you to let you know that they will not make it. It went 8 1/2 months without a word before we called to set up an appointment.

    Basically, they don't appear to need the business. Based on our more recent experience with All American Air we can no longer recommend using them.

    Called All American Air to get an estimate since they were the ones that serviced our unit. Could not get a quote and decided to go with another provider. Boy, that was the best move on my part. Powell Heating and Air went over my expectations and they know what they are doing. I did not get that vibe from All American Air.

    When renovating our home many years ago, we trusted Steve with our new air handlers. We noticed over the next few months how much cleaner and less dusty our home was. Our electrical bill went from the $600s to consistently $380s. Recently, we had an issue with some duct work and again we are so very happy about the recent service by All American Air. The indoor air flow and quality of air is now superb. The yearly service is a must!The service agents are always knowledgeable, on time and courteous.

    Had All American Air for over 20 years at two different home locations and was very satisfied for the better part of that time. But boy have times changed!! Have had a service agreement for the entire time, but had never had to use it. First part of April a/c was not working so a technician came out and found a loose wire, connected wire back up and unit was fine. Took no more than twenty minutes no materials and change was 230. Dollars!! Asked him about service agreement and he said he was just following what his charge book said. Called office and was told unit needed to be replaced and that charge would be taken off with purchase of new unit. Asked for quote which took three days to get. During this time got several of quotes and Champman was 500. dollars more than the other lowest quote. In talking to office several days later told them we were considering going with someone else got no reply other than let us know. You would think that after 20 years a reply would have been different than that. Certainly would have been with the Steve Chapman I knew. In talking to the office I asked them about our refund on the balance of the service agreement and was told it would take 4-6 weeks!! At the end of six weeks I called several times left messages or got reply’s it would be put in the mail. On August 16 talked to general manager ( at least told it was) and she said it would be in the mail that day. Still have not received refund. The refund is not the issue, it’s the service and the not caring about reliable old customers. I’ve known Steve Chapman for longer than I’ve done business with him, and I’m sure he would not allow the things to happen to his business that he worked so hard at if he had knowledge of how it is being run now

    When we needed to replace our AC unit recently, we got bids from three great local AC companies.
    All were prompt and professional and the bids were comparable.
    We decided to go with Steve Chapman All American Air when they assured us the new unit would fit nicely into the existing narrow closet space , and that all work could be done promptly, before the summer season.
    The installation occurred when we were out of town, and when we returned we were amazed at how quiet and efficient the new Lennox unit was , and we were especially impressed with how clean and spotless the area was. It’s as if they were never even there !
    Steve , the sales contact / estimator was a pleasure to deal with, and everything was arranged and finished right on schedule, as promised. It was a real pleasure to deal with everyone at Chapman All American Air.

    Excellent work and highly professional technicians! I had an air/heat system (not by All American) that was dysfunctional from the beginning. Though the system was by another company, Mr. Chapman’s All American Air sent a couple technicians to check it out. After a thorough inspection, they found both damper issues and incorrectly installed duct work. I was given a complete explanation and shown the issues. These technicians proceeded to run new ducting (only where necessary) and quickly repaired the damper. Not only was I absolute impressed with their professionalism, but also with the short-notice quick response, honesty, guarantee and very cost-effective work. The house now has fully functional air and heat in every room the way we initially intended!! We can’t thank All American Air enough for upholding true expertise, honesty and professionalism we expect from our local community. Thank you Mr. Chapman for your integrity and that of your employees.

    I have been calling All American Air for the past 3 months and still no response. I have emailed Erin to get information on their role in the damage to my property. I have used this company for over 25 years and been satisfied. But after their technicians incorrectly set a new thermostat, causing excessive cooling, condensation and fungal growth, and much property damage, I can no longer deal with a company that has shattered my former trust in their service. This is not service.
    I realize their contract claims to absolve them from condensation and biologicals but when their technicians cannot install a new thermostat and that action leads to property damage, they bear responsibility.
    This company's once excellent reputation is becoming worse.

    I just had a new Lennox 3.0 ton HVAC system installed by All American Air. The two AC Technicians, Chris and Griffin, were professional, punctual, efficient (finished the install within 15 minutes of their original projection-began promptly as scheduled at 8:00 am and completed the job by 2:15 pm). They were very mannerly (replaced items which had to be moved for the install and swept and cleaned their work area when finished), and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions regarding the new system. They stayed until they were satisfied that everything was working properly and I was satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Steve Chapman’s All American Air for fair prices, professional, friendly staff, excellent products, and efficient attention to detail in all aspects of their service.
