This company installed the heating and air on our new home in Nov. 2019. Not even one year into us living in the home, we have experienced problems from them installing bad coils to the zoning being completely off. When asked for them to warranty the work, they wanted us to cover diagnostic fees and repair costs for work that they installed incorrectly. This was a brand new home and in no way should we have had the problems we have but due to Ac Designs horrible work and cheap low quality parts, it has costs us over a thousand dollars to have work replaced. Not to mention the staff is rude and is all about the money. Would rather have a handy man do the work if they were the last choice. Stay far away!

Our whole experience with AC Designs was awesome. From the first diagnoses through the financing and support in between we were thrilled for our unit to arrive. Once it arrived we’re extremely happy with the technicians who completed the job. They were easy to get along with and very professional. They answered all of my questions and explained our new system before they left. We are excited to have the system through AC Designs and look forward to system maintenance through them.

I love the customer service this company provides. I have maintenance done twice a year on my unit and they always deliver! Derek is the best! He's very professional. I appreciate how he walks you through the entire maintenance process he performs so you know what you're paying for. I couldn't ask for better. I will always remain a loyal customer!

Great experience with a little bit of a pricey ending, but we could have had NO AC in a matter of weeks!!
I did do a little research for the cost of the part, and it varied based on the quality/manufacturer; the labor is usually high, but again, I’m really happy he noticed the part needed to be replaced.

The technician was awesome. He explained everything in detail; and performed the maintenance in a timely manner. The tech also provided many helpful hints to help ensure my system operates efficiently. He was very courteous, professional, and represented A/C Designs very well. The tech even entertained my conversation about my family members and he shared a brief story about his family. He treated me like a customer and a friend. Based upon my interaction with this tech, I think I've found the right company to service my HVAC. Thank you very much for assigning him to service my unit.

Had our first service with AC Designs. Very good experience. Our house is still pretty new so we were not expecting any major issues, but wanted to have he unit serviced and checked for any problems. Jeremy did a great job for us. Explained everything he was doing and what they recommend for their annual and bi-annual visits. Very pleased with the visit. Highly recommended.
