Our technician, Ernie, did a great job of keeping us informed of what the issues were & what he was doing to correct the problems. He also let us know what the charges would be before he processed the repairs which was greatly appreciated! Our appreciation goes out to Ernie & the rest of the team at AC Designs!!

Jason and Ben from AC Design were awesome to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. On time, clean cut, hard working and consultative. Fully educated me on my options (I ended up upgrading a few things thanks to them). I really enjoyed the entire experience from Sales with Jason Lanier to the install team- Jason and Ben.

We have been using AC designs for the last 2 1/2 years. I have only had excellent service from them. We are on their semi annual maintenance plan and they are always on time. Their service technicians are all very well trained and have full certifications for air-conditioning and heating. Last summer we had a problem with our air conditioning and they were out to repair it for us in less than twelve hours. The latest technician who came to do service was named Kris. He was the best so far and I have requested him to service our air conditioner from now on. In summary, I am very happy with the service I receive from AC Designs located on Agricultural Center Drive in Saint Augustine.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made an appointment on Wednesday to have my AC checked Thursday. Would not give me a time window just said they would call when they were close. Had my phone next to me waiting all day and was at home all day for them to show. Called at 5pm to make sure they were still coming and they said yes but had no idea what time. Didnt get a call until 6pm which I missed giving my baby a bath. Called back, no answer. Waited 10 minutes and called them again. no answer. No one ever showed up at my house. (double checked my doorbell camera to make sure) Get a text from the tech that they will call me back. At this point I didnt get a call until 8pm. I asked him if we could reschedule for tomorrow since it is so late and I have small children sleeping. He said yes he will put a note in and they will come tomorrow but to call the office in the morning to make sure they see the note. I call the office in the morning. The woman tells me no they will not come today, and that the tech showed up at my door according to the notes (he did not, as I even double checked my cameras once i got off the phone with her). I explain he didnt call me back until after 8pm yesterday and that he told me they will come today and that he also never showed up at my door. She gave me attitude and said no they can either come Monday or I would have to pay an extra fee to have them come tomorrow (saturday) since its the weekend (even though the tech specifically told me they could come today). No apology for wasting my day. No apology for the lies of showing up at my house even though he did not, or the fact that I was promised someone would come today. So not only was I lied to stating they would be able to come today, but also wasted my whole day Thursday waiting for a tech to show up that never even showed up at my house. I also tried texting the tech today to ask if he could call the office and explain to them that he told me someone would come today and was ignored. Never experience such unprofessionalism in my life.

Charged us $300 to come out a "fix our AC" only to find out, THEY DIDN'T INSTALL IT CORRECTLY", oh and now they won't refund us our money because "there's no way to prove how it broke". You think we dug up the pipe and disconnected it? NO THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The guy, Edward, just keeps trying to pass us along to someone else to deal with so he doesn't have to do anything.

Had them replace my 3 ton HVAC system. Rob quoted me a reasonable price. Tron and Eddie did a great job with the installation. They ran into a challenge replacing the copper pipe due to the design of my house but did not give up and found a way to get the job done. I appreciate everyone involved being invested in doing things right.

My technician Tyler was very professional, friendly and efficient in getting my two systems maintained for the summer. He also had to replace a part on one unit and had the part needed available on his truck. I'm extremely happy with AC Designs.

This is my second consecutive year since I bought my house. I am very satisfied with their service. A/C Designs was recommended by a friend who works in the industry after I had a bad experience with another provider. This has been a total different experience thanks God!

Excellent service. Sales guy Rob was very honest and professional. And didn't try to just make a sale. He looked out for us immensely. He was able to get us a full new unit installed very next day in hot Florida. Can't rave enough that k you rob and ac design

Most professional home improvement company I have used in years. Total replacement of home HVAC system was sold to me at very reasonable price, installed professionally (complete cleanup when done), and completed exactly as they promised. Can't say enough about the experience from start to finish. Well done A/C Designs
