We had our system maintenance service call performed today by Luciano. He was truly outstanding! He called prior to arrival, explained everything he was doing and was extremely professional. As a service manager from another industry, I can honestly say he is a true asset to A/C Designs and I highly recommend the company. In addition, Shannon B. Was fantastic and instrumental in explaining the different plans and promptly scheduled our service around our schedule!

From the appointment with Troy to the installation with Danny and Jeremy it was a pleasant. They did everything they promised and then some. The left my house and yard like they were never here. They worked endlessly until the job was completed. I am very pleased with my new unit after having issues with my 16 year old unit. I can’t wait to have lower electric bills in the future. Thank you all so much for everything. I will definitely be recommending AC Design to my family and friends!! Job well done 😊

This review is ONLY for the technician Logan. He is the best. A/C designs SUCKS overall and i would never use them except for my warranty. We have lived in our new home 4 months and the air handlers have leaked 3 times, one so badly that the floor had to be ripped out and replaced. All from the installers literally putting in coils upside down, installing float switches backwards and from just sticking pieces inside the unit and not hooking them up. Sheer and total incompetence. HOWEVER Logan came out after the leaks, immediately identified the problems and fixed what his incompetent coworkers couldn't do right. Logan is a gem and we will always request him if there is an issue.

The AC Designs team (inside office and field technicians) are top notch. I appreciate that I receive reminder calls to ensure my maintenance takes place consistently and on time. The field technicians are very professional. I am very happy that Luciano has returned to the field as he is wonderful to deal with. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough. I feel I can trust him whenever he comes out for service. Also note, Tom has also provided service when Luciano was not available. Tom is also very courteous. I would (and have) recommended AC Designs to people who are seeking professional AC and Heating service. Keep up the good work!

My technician, Luciano came out today right on time. He was professional and courteous. He informed me what he was doing today. I in turn inform him I had a work related conference call during his service time since he had to come in and out of the house. He was quiet and respectful of my call. He completed the service call and informed me of everything that was done and gave me time to ask questions. I have used AC Designs in a prior home and they always exceeded expectations so I chose to sign up for biyearly AC maintenance in this house. I have referred several over to AC Designs. The staff is great the technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. Great company!

This was the first time needing AC repair at my new home and AC Designs did a great job of helping me through process from start to finish. They were very professional and accommodating in my time of need. Francis did a very good job of explaining my repair needs also the advantages of the maintenance program. His professional and efficient efforts returned my system to working status.

I have an annual maintenance a/c contract with AC Designs. Every 6 months they call and schedule a maintenance check. Today their representative Derek Joy serviced my a/c. He explained in detail everything he was doing and informed me of a couple of upcoming issues I might face. He even told me how much longer I had on my warranty! He was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me something I could wait until later to fix. I have been with AC Designs since I bought my home 12 years ago and I'd recommend them to anyone needing an a/c company.

I've had AC designs service my unit a few times now and I am extremely satisfied with this company. The last service was conducted by Jeremy. His customer service was top notch. He pointed out a few things for my consideration but he wasn't pushy at all. I felt that he was truly trying to give me the information to allow me to make the best decision. Scheduled service calls are reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and AC designs.

My AC unit went out at one of my stores in May and within 3 days AC Designs had me up and running. No funny business , very professional and the final price of job was exactly what I was quoted. Amazing customer service from start to finish! Would recommend to anyone!

7/27/2018 Another store and another quality install By A/C Designs. Again the guys were on time and very courteous, price as quoted. New system installed on our roof in less than 4 hrs ...... These guys are good! Thank you

8/27/2019 Walked in to the shop this morning and it was 80 degrees inside. Called AC Designs and the told me they were booked for 2 days but would try to get out to me as soon as they could. 2 hours later they were there and John and Francis got to work. within 30 min they had me up and running and my customer lobby cooling off. There is not a better company in the St Augustine area to handle your HVAC needs. They go way above and beyond expectations to make you happy! Great job guy's and thank you again!

It has been 1 week since our new a/c unit was installed. We could not be more pleased. I called 3 companies to get an estimate and decided to hire A/C Designs, it was the right move. From the first call, to the installers waving goodbye it was a great experience. After Jason set our install date he said the installers would be in your driveway at 9:30. On the day of the install l received a call from the office at 9:10 advising that the installers were on the way. At 9:28 they pulled into my driveway, impressive! I don't remember the installers names other than"B" and the lead guy had "Roach" inscribed on some of his tools. These two were quite a pair. We talked non-stop as they worked steady. From hunting stories, old jobs and best places for bbq. I requested turning my unit in the garage in a different direction so l could remove the filter easier as before it hit the water heater when l changed it out. They said that was not a problem, and did as l asked. After completion we just stood back and admired their neat work. They cleaned up everything and loaded up the scrap. I highly recommend calling A/C Designs if you need an a/c. Thank you A/C Designs for a job well done.
