Austin & Billy were fantastic and got the new system installed in a timely manner. They ran into some wiring issues but worked hard to get them resolved as quickly as possible so we could get the cool air flowing. With a 10 year warranty and annual maintenance, we won't have anything to worry about for a long time.

I called this company for a quote on a replacement system for our home. Billy arrived prompt, courteous and most importantly extremely knowledgeable of the products offered. I received estimates from 4 different companies and AC Designs beat them all by price, warranty and most importantly Billy's expertise in HVAC products. Billy also sent us the A team in installation, Colton and Harry Kelly, who did an impeccable install that included some existing duct and register modifications. Though I just received my equipment my experience so far has been excellent and unmatched, thank you AC Designs!!

We had what was supposed to be a 24 hour emergency maintenance service, with two 6 month cleanings/inspections. At around 2:30 PM on a Friday afternoon, their technician determined that the reason our unit wasn’t running was a bad capacitor. I was told “someone” from the “office” would get in touch to let me know the part availability and price. We heard nothing more that afternoon. When I called Saturday morning, I was told the “parts department” is closed for the weekend. So it seems this 24 hour emergency service only operates Monday – Thursday. When the part finally showed up Tuesday afternoon – after the system was down for 5 days – the installation team told me there was also a refrigerant leak which would cost $500 to reload; but they didn’t want to do that, they should to do a leak test, but since the unit was out of warranty they advised against that and recommended getting a complete new system. If, as they said, the system wasn’t going to work, I told them to take out the new ($380) part, which they refused to do. I told them to turn the system on the way it was – which seemed to work fine and finally lowered the humidity in the house. We ended up getting a new system from a different company, that told me the $380 part should actually have cost $250.

Top notch installation of a new ac unit. Danny was the installer and was very professional and knowledgable. Troy was able to get me a competitive bid and Donna handled things with scheduling in a very prompt and efficient manner. This is the second unit they have installed for me...the one they installed a few years ago runs great. They also installed a new unit for my sister, and Danny did a great job with that too. Some things needed to be reconfigured for my sister's unit due to limited space, and rather than just do a poor job and cause her to lose closet space, Danny opted to reschedule so he would have the right materials to properly install. Thanks so much!

Jason, the sales associate was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional when he came to give me an estimate for a new HVAC system. Very good price & warranty. The equipment was top quality. Very good customer service and fast installation .The installation crew J.R., Roland, Jeremy, Carlson installed the new a/c system and did a great job with everything including very good clean up . They took the time to go over how the t-stat works and how to install air filter. I am a old a/c guy myself and most times find something wrong with things but this time all I have is positive input to say about our experience. I would highly recommend this company . Harry and Colton arrived on time to replace my 14 years old unit. They worked well as a team removing and installing the new unit. I replaced the Trane unit for a Carrier unit. They was done in about 3 hours from start to finish. They cleaned up the area afterwards and taking all the rubbish with them. They were very knowledgeable, professional and enjoyed what they do. No problems encounter during the removal and replacement of the unit. I am very well pleased.

What a great experience with A/C Designs! The technicians were incredibly professional, courteous and respectful. We had 2 separate crews come by the house, JR and Austin and then Danny & Billy. Both crews were such a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and answered / addressed my questions promptly. They were courteous and respectful in my home and very professional with their interactions! During these difficult times where everyone is running short, they were a breath of fresh air and a joy to work with! Thank you!

I was an installation and maintenance customer for 5.5 years. Business growth has seemed to outpace their ability to keep up their professionalism, responsiveness and customer service levels. They installed a system 3 years ago that recently broke. I was told that the part which required replacement was not under warranty. I contacted the part manufacturer directly and was told that it was still covered. The price to replace was less than half of what AC Designs quoted because it was still covered. This was compounded by their slow response times as I regularly followed up with them to fix the problem. I’ve since engaged a competitor who fixed the issue within 2 days while I still wait (now 15 days) for AC Designs to let me know what next steps are.
