We’ve been with AC Designs since our house was built in 2019. We’ve never been blown away by them but our last maintenance appointment was the final straw. After over a 3 hour maintenance appointment on a Saturday, we would later discover that our compressor wouldn’t turn on. We called to let AC Designs know and were told someone would be right out, only to be called back and told we would have to wait until Monday because their tech on call had a flat tire. Completely unprofessional of AC Designs and clearly the technician wasn’t properly trained, especially how to work on HVAC systems where whole home generators are concerned.
To the technician, while you were extremely friendly its unprofessional of you to be someone that you’re not. You lacked a skill set that was needed to complete a job. It may have been AC Designs fault for sending you here but you still had control of the result. Instead of asking your colleagues for help or informing your boss of what happened or being honest with me, you decided it was best to be deceitful. You had no problem leaving my home that afternoon knowing that we would not have AC. You were in CYA mode before you left my house, asking me to look to see if the AC is working lol. That’s ok, I learned a few skill sets from that day too. I hope it was all worth it and you enjoyed the free WiFi.

If you're looking for a company with great and professional informative service, well you found them. Each time I've had my AC Serviced it has been a great experience. Ernie Taylor has come to my house a couple times and each time he has done exceptional work. He is very informative and kind. I appreciate a business who take pride in hiring excellent staff. He was on piont with the things that was going on with my AC, even my daughter was impressed once I told her what he advised me which is what she researched. He is definitely the go to tech for me.

My installation of a new system was very complex because I live in an older mobile home. Omer and Feliks were wonderful. Omer has a vast knowledge of AC installation. He knew exactly what to do with no complaints even though it was raining. I completely recommend AC Designs. My mobile home has not been then cold in 15 years and it cost less than half of what another competitor wanted to charge. Thank you so much AC Designs and Omer and Feliks especially.

During a routine maintenance check up the capacitor on our 2.5 year old unit indicated it was below proper operating standards. we are under warranty so the cost of the part is supposedly covered. It took the technician about 10 minutes to replace the capacitor and the invoice for "labor" was $237!! That is a ridiculous amount to charge for such a simple fix. I highly recommend you shop around. It seems clear that parts costs are wrapped into labor charges at AC Designs.

Rave! A/C Designs. Just had a new Carrier 16 SEER system installed.
I had quite a few quotes. I even called Home Depot to get their contractor (Florida Home out of Jax) to come out, they were the funniest ones. I knew ballpark was $4500 to $5500. The Florida Home guy started out at $11k, when I bust out laughing he asked if I was a vet, which I am. It then came down to $7.5k and a "I'll call my manager and see if we can do $6.5k"- a tactic I recognize from car dealerships.

Jason from A/C Designs came right out and looked over my system and quoted me $5300, with some a new pad, new outside breaker box, new interior breakers and carflex on the inside wiring. A fair price.

I had seen some iffy reviews on A/C Designs and was ready for some iffy installers. In this I was sorely disappointed. Danny and Billy were top notch! They set right to work and were very professional, and left the area cleaner than it was.

I highly recommend the team of Jason in sales, and Danny and Billy on the install.

The appointment was set last week for today between 12:00-3:00, the technician, Jeremy, called at about 12:15 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. When he and his partner arrived, they were masked and had covers on their shoes. Very respectful of our home and to us. He explained what he was going to do and kept us informed as he progressed. He fully explained what he did and how I can maintain the performance of the unit until the next service. They were here almost 2 hours, which to me showed that they were thorough and attentive. Best service we have had on our AC unit.

AC Designs replaced our HVAC system in our home back in December of 2021 and we are very pleased with it. Note that we solicited 3 bids with different contractors to complete this work before committing to AC Designs and their price was very competetitive. The sales rep (Troy) was very professional and informative and answered all my questions and did not pressure me to sign a contract. The install/service crew arrived on time on the agreed date and were very courteous and professional. They answered all my technical questions and walked me through the operation of the new smart thermostat and helped me with the WiFi set up of it. They completed all the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up the job site after all work was completed. I highly recommend AC Designs for any of your HVAC needs.

I called for a repair on my old unit and the technician confirmed that it was time to replace because repairs on the old unit would not be cost effective. I knew it was time because our old unit was 13 yrs old & struggling to cool the house. The entire process was stress free. The technician helped me select a package that was appropriate for my house. The installers came the same day and the new unit was up and running within a few hours. All of the AC Design employees were courteous and respectful. They all worked quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience & I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The service we received from everyone at AC Designs was great. From speaking to Jake and Stacy on the phone to the guys that came to our home. John came out to check on our AC that was 15 1/2 years old outlining all the options we had to fix and/or replace. He was very professional and great to work with. We decided to replace our AC and received awesome service from Jeremy and James for the install. They did a great job removing our old system and replacing the new one along with explaining all the new features on our new system. I will highly recommend AC Designs to my friends and family.

We recently had our AC replaced. We've been with AC designs for quite some time and have always had a good experience with prompt support. Jeremy and Alex came out to replace the system and were very efficient and helpful. We needed them to come out a couple more times to check some odds and ends and they were always on time and happy to provide support. New unit works great and would recommend for anyone looking for AC service in the future.
