Arnold went above and beyond; providing next day service for replacing 2 systems! They came out and did the estimate on Thursday, I signed off on the estimate (while traveling) and the next morning they had 2 crews replacing the upstairs and downstairs air conditioners. They put down tarps and swept up; no mess was left behind. Arnold had the house cool and comfortable by the early afternoon! Thank you Arnold Air Conditioning, Inc.

Brandon was wonderful, we had a new Daikin A/C installed. The gentlemen did an amazing job here today. They were very great at what they do. We have been with Arnold Air for many years.

Had an issue with my air conditioner and called Arnold's to get us going again. Jordan Gross was our tech today and he was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that the A/C was keeping us cool. Thanks to Arnold's and Jordan for saving the day!

Our air conditioning was not working due to a cracked copper line in our condensing unit. Since this was the 4th time the copper line had cracked since 2013 and since our system is under warranty, our Arnold AC technician, Keith, recommended that the condensing unit be replaced under the warranty. The owners and employees of Arnold AC worked with Amana to get approval for the replacement and the unit was replaced under our warranty. We have been delighted with Keith and the other Arnold AC technicians over the years and are especially happy that Arnold AC was able to get approval for this major replacement under our warranty. From initial evaluation of our failing system, to proposals specific to our condo and need, to the professional installation; Arnold Air Conditioning, Inc. exceeded our expectations. They were on scene initially for an annual service call in less than twelve hours from our initial contact with their phone staff, identified and personally showed us the areas of failure of our existing system and arranged a visit by a well qualified sales person to make several recommendations to either repair or replace our equipment. At our request for timely assistance, our entire failing system was removed, the new equipment sourced, permitted, installed and inspected by Indian River County in under 30 hours. These folks did an excellent job! Jeremy (Service), Brandon (Sales), Bo & Brian (Installation) and Donna (Permitting and Documentation). They did their very best to meet or exceed our expectations. David Cutler from Arnolds AC came to service our unit today. It was time for 6 mo. check-up. As usual, David was professional, courteous, and informative on his visit. We usually ask for David when scheduling appt. because he is a dedicated and hard working individual.

Oustanding service. Start to finish, Had many problems with our old unit over last three years, called Arnolds A/C at least once a year, always on time, always great service, We decided last week when it went out again to consider replacing the whole system inside and out, When Ray the tech. checked our unit out he talked to us and recommended we talk to George, We ask Ray to contact George knowing it was the weekend I didn't know if he would come, He came right over, showed us our options ,which we basically new what we wanted, he hit it nail on, George brought over a portable A/C unit to get us through weekend, Install men showed up bright and early and did an outstanding job, quality of work outstand, Unit is wonderful.
