Ray was terrific. Very knowledgeable about the equipment, and so thorough that he found a 2nd issue that could be put right under warranty. Also a shout out to Arnold A/C. They stocked the hard to get parts I needed so that I wouldn't have to wait a long time for the repairs... excellent customer support. Thanks, guys!

We are very happy with our recent service from Jake. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand how our system works and how to best maintain it. It is cooling great and we are happy with our new UV light installation.

Arnold Air Conditioning was recommended to me from a friend who had used them in the past for A/C repair. I have always been skeptical with HVAC because you just never know if the company is going to do a good job... but Arnold AC was AWESOME! They were on time, easy to deal with over the phone, and took care of my issue perfectly! Steven was very polite and informative and took care of the job seamlessly!!! Overall excellent work! Would definitely recommend!

Yesterday, Jan 18,2022, I had my second free maintenance check of the Air Condition System by Technician David Cutler. He was a very professional and polite gentleman. Very knowledgeable. He pointed out things in the system that were needed, ie Hard Start and a few other things. He took the time to show me the inside fan and changed my filter inside the house. He appears to be a new member of the crew but no less a welcomed addition. This is why we stay with Arnold A/C, trust and confidence. In the military we say Bravo Zulo, great job.

I have used Arnold's for many many years, the are great. Jordan has done service on my ac for the past few times, great young man. Highly recommend this company.

Simply amazing service and very courteous and professional. Jesus, our tech, was friendly and professional. I would use or refer them every time.

Jordan arrived on time and he was very polite. He listened to our issues and quickly assessed the situation and fixed our Duct Issue. He serviced our AC unit and it is running in top shape now. I will be requesting him again next year for our annual tune up.

Arnold AC has been a huge help with our AC. I was able to make a same day appointment and the technician Jordan was super professional and took care of our issue in a couple of hours. He was on time, efficient, and very polite.

I can't say enough good things about the team that installed my new Air Conditioning system. My whole experience was great from how fast and hard they worked to how clean they made the transition from the old system to the new one.
