Arnold Air is great. They sell a great product and their service is second to none. All employees I've worked with are very professional and friendly. Johnny just completed a scheduled service and did a great job. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always will Nthou to answer questions. I highly recommend Arnold Air Conditioning!

Pick up the phone and call Arnold Air Conditioning and they will instantly handle your situation. Very friendly office staff every time you call! They have maintained our A/C for years. All their techs ( our recent visits with Ray, Jordan & Shawn) always explain needed work and when finished with job they give you a complete summary on your A/C . They are great at problem solving. Patient with all your questions and concerns. Gave us advice on the benefits of an electronic air purifier. We decided to have one installed about 2 weeks ago------very happy with that decision!

We were new to Arnold A/C. Having purchased our home from an Arnold customer, we decided it was best to continue with the company who had installed and serviced our unit! We are so glad we did! From beginning to end, this service call for routine maintenance was superior in every way. Our technician was Johnny. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. He gave us tips on small things to check before making a service call, which we thought was terrific! So often what you think is major ir really minor. We never had a service tech like Johnny before and since he is the first impression of Arnold's A/C that we had ever had, it was an important service call. We determined that Arnold A/C would be our go to company for sales and service of our a/c from now on. I got a brand new AC unit with Arnold a few years ago. I started having issues with it shutting off. Called Arnold and they came out the same day. Jordan was very thorough and found out we needed a new drain line. He came back and added the new drain line. He was very nice and did a good job!

Our old system died. We called Arnold because we had used them previously in another home we were in and were satisfied then too. They went above and beyond. They couldn't come to replace our system for two days so they brought in a portable AC unit to keep us cool till then. I was impressed. They replaced our system today. The serviceman's name was Bo and he was a perfectionist. He did a super job. We are really happy and recommend them to everyone.

From the estimate to sale and very speedy installation, I would highly recommend this company. They gave me a competitive price on a great AC unit and had it installed the next day. The installers were courteous and professional and there were no surprise costs after agreeing to the sale price. Great company!

Four years ago we had problems with our AC unit so we called Arnold and they came very quickly and made the necessary repairs and we were up and running. So when it broke down again we called Arnold again. We met with George and looked the unit over and we found out that it was over 10 years old. So we asked him for a price to replace the whole thing. He gave us what we thought was a fair price. So we agreed to it. The two installers that came were very professional and went right to work and by 3:30 pm we were back up and running. My wife and I would like to say thank you to George and his two installers.
