Omg they did an awesome job on installing all new ductwork and insulation of my attic. Jordan and Wesley were so professional and perfect gentleman. It was such a seamless install and they cleaned up perfectly after the job was completed. I would recommend them for any job. Kelly in the office was so nice to talk to and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you all. Before, not so pretty. After. Nice and neat and pretty in pink!!

Awesome value for the work done. They are very competitive in price. I got new ductwork installed and they all did a great job. Very satisfied with their work. They showed up on time and got the job done. I am getting my attic re insulated by them soon. Will update my review when done. They cleaned up everything their mess when they were done. Update: got new insulation in attic. They did such a great job. They also installed a uv light and put it near the. Blower motor.im very Satisfied with my purchase. Waiting for inspection. Will update later.

Last Friday, we had James from JL Midas come out to the house to give us a quote on replacing the old, deteriorating ductwork and adding some blown-in insulation where it had settled and been pushed around over the last 35 years. During the inspection, we found black mold in the ducts. The amount of work that was done to save our system, and the manner in which it was done, were exceptional. James took the time to discuss all my options and then was able to fit us into the schedule the very next week, gave us a fair price for all the work, and the crew that came out to do the job was fantastic. All of the old ductwork was removed and replaced with properly hung, properly sized new ducts. The inlet and outlet of the air handler were sealed and all the registers were cleaned and sanitized. We had 3 pass-throughs installed, one new vent, and a ventilation jumper (essentially a fancier pass-through that better minimized noise and light transmission) installed for the master bedroom. Finally, the insulation for the entire house was topped off, so I know we will be much more comfortable this summer. The three young men that came to the house finished all this work in 2 short days, while remaining polite, considerate of the people and animals they had to work around, and accommodating to all the questions and concerns that I had. I am leaving out their names only out of respect for their privacy, but I would happily have them back anytime I need work done. It was time to have a new air conditioning unit installed and after shopping around a few companies we decided to go with JLMidas. The new unit was a bit daunting as they all are price wise, but they were very reasonable. And even better, our AC bill was cut in half... even in summer months. We needed some extra maintenance done and because they are local company here in Melbourne we didn't have to wait long like we do with companies that are based out of Orlando. Very friendly and professional!

I am thrilled with the work that JL Midas Breathe Kleen Aire did in my home. Mark was fantastic and he explained each and every detail of the process that needed to be done in my attic. He was very kind, professional, prompt, and did exactly what he said he would do.
My home was built in the 1980's and the duct work was horrendous. One of the areas was even cradling a huge "bowl" of water ready to break free and through my ceiling. Mark took pictures and a video of the "rippling waves"! From my first phone call to Kelly, I felt very good about this company!

Wow, Breathe Kleen was fantastic insulating our attic. We have an older house with a "tight" attic and they were able to get insulation everywhere. Gary climbed into the attic to do the estimate, and Joey had to swim thru some of the insulation to cover the addition. Kelly kept us informed thru the entire process, thank you to everyone.

Buyer beware: This company installed a completely new system just over a year ago. I have just gone through most of the summer without any AC because of a poorly designed, a poorly installed and a poorly diagnosed system. After countless visits from their technician that failed to find the fault they finally called in an expert from the distributer to show him that it was his equipment at fault. Within 30 minutes this guy showed that the system had been poorly planned and the installation of it had been poorly completed. My "new" ducts in the attic were now unattached. JL Midas did return the $1200 for new parts they had charged me. But have failed to make good on any of the other additional costs to me, including my garage flooding 3 times. Their excuses range from the county inspector passed it, to its poorly designed AC equipment, although its the one they sold me. Nothing seems to be their fault although they do seem quite proud that now its finally working as it should have done so from the start. They lacked the technical equipment to install and diagnose an AC system and had i known as much about AC systems then as I do now, I would never have used them.
