Happy to highly recommend Arnold A/C for reliable service over the years and for recently solving a problem with the HVAC condenser unit, in spite of difficult supply chain challenges. The expert technician and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved under warranty as quickly as possible and in a quality manner.

Arnold Air Conditioning did an awesome job; from initial sales call to job completion. They were very responsive to my needs. The replacement of my HVAC heat pump split system was done the very next day of my call. This was very important since my system quit working during the highest temperatures of July in Florida. The replacement cost was very competitive and very reasonable, the product selection offered was very extensive, good and the installation was first class quality and amazingly clean. The main office staff and installers were extremely helpful and very professional. I am extremely picky, very demanding and have very high expectations. The overall experience with Arnold Air Conditioning exceeded all my expectations. With no hesitation, I will highly recommend Arnold Air Conditioning to anybody especially to my family and friends.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Arnold air. As new customers we signed up for a service package and it turned out we had some serious issues that needed addressing. I have used Arnolds for about 5 years now, with excellent service. They replaced 2 A/C units to my home. They did a wonderful job and everything went smooth. When they were finished, my garage where they installed 2 heat units was cleaner than when they arrived. I've never seen contractors in Florida do this good, and clean of a job. The 2 techs were Fantastic! I highly recommend these guys. I will not use another AC company as long as I live here. Can't say enough good about them. Thank you guys for being True Professionals!!

I was impressed with Arnold AC from the first phone call to ask about replacing our unit to the end of the installation. Arnold is a very professional company, everyone we dealt with was professional and efficient. Keith and Garrett, the installers, could not have been better, they did a very good and thorough job. We will recommend them to others.

Had an unfortunate leaking situation with our AC unit. After speaking to an Arnold representative about a new AC system for our house (we were doing this anyway, not because of the leak), we called them again to have one of their service tech's help us with the leak. They were able to send someone out within 3-4 hours.

Jordan was the tech, and he called ahead to let us know he was on his way. He arrived and got the work done promptly and professionally. He was also informative about the problem, and seemed happy to tell me as much or as little about it as I wanted to hear.

We are incredibly happy with the service they were able to provide, and Jordan was a fantastic representative for them. We will be using Arnold again in the future!

We lived in Palm Bay and used their services to repair the AC. Their technician, Stephen H. was professional, dependable and very ethical. We felt at ease knowing he had our best interest in mind, explained in detail what was being done and completed the job on time! The system works great and we had no issues. Replaced my a/c last year. Price was fair and service great! Signed up for new maintenance plan and Jordan G came out for first annual inspection and was very professional. Covered his shoes before entering home, did a comprehensive review of the system while keeping me informed along the way, offered to change filter (we had furniture in front of it and would change later on our own). Very nice young man. Recommend him and Arnold for your A/C needs.
