10/18 : We really appreciate Arnold Air Conditioning. Today Shawn Leggett came out, I just called this morning. With prompt and efficient service from Shawn, and they send you a text/email with a picture of the Technician so you are getting an authorized tech. from them. We are more than pleased with Arnold Air.

Their Office staff is also very professional and prompt calling back and keeping tabs on scheduling your HVAC maintenance service.

10/10: Johnny Herron was a life saver. He came at the specified time slot and went to work right away to find and fix our HVAC problem. He is very knowledgeable and very efficient and gives great advice to guide you in decision making. Wonderful service experience.

JORDAN is the best!! Very professional & knowledgeable. We had some additional work done to our system & he walked us through the whole process, even getting on the phone with my husband at work to explain the process. I love this company but will definitely be requesting JORDAN for all of our maintenance needs going forward.

Awesome service, their paticience and understanding of my individual issues and promotion resolution is nothing short of perfection. Thanks to Gordon, Cody and the rest of your staff! The technician Jordan Gross was very polite, professional & did a great job fixing one of our A/C units & serviced all 3 of ours. Very pleased w/ the job done. Highly recommend!

WOW! I am so impressed! I am pleased to say I had Jordan G come immediately for a very urgent service call. He was so respectful and even covered his shoes before entering my house. I will definitely be calling for Jordan anytime I ever have a problem or need a touch-up. This was a very stressful situation with my family that was able to be quickly solved by absolutely amazing service. 100% Recommend JORDAN!

I called Arnold Air at 8:00 am on a monday. Spoke with Donna who was helpful,understand and compassionate about my problem. She listened to me and then gave me an appt for the same day. Despite the horrible weather the technician contacted me at 4:15 and said he would be there in 15 mins. From the time Ray arrived he was the greatest!!! He listened to everything I told him that was going on. He looked over all the paperwork I had waiting for him pertaining to the unit. He was very thorough. He made it a point to show me the problem at hand and took his time talking to me and answering ALL my questions even during my meltdown. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and can honestly say there is not one negative thing I can say about the company or its staff. I only wish I knew about them went I bought my unit 6 yrs ago.

I recommend Arnold Air Conditioning very highly. The promptness and the expertise of Dave (our service tech) was second to none. For anybody who is considering an A/C company, Arnold Air Conditioning is the best around.

I've been using Arnold's AC for a few years. Johnny Herron is AMAZING and so personable.He is honest and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.He seemed very knowledgeable and we will only use him from now on! I hightly recommend him and Arnolds!I can Honestly say they are the Best, I would Highly Recommend them to all my Friends.

We have used Arnold Air for over 10 years and have been very happy with them from the receptionist (Donna) to George in sales and especially Shawn in maintenance!!! I would recommend them to anyone requring their services.
