We had Jordan Gross coming to our place for a repair, and very pleased about his service! A very nice, knowledgable guy! He was on time as we were informed, explained us the cause of the issue, gave us some good suggestions, cleared up the drain line and had the AC up running within less than a hour! If you need someone to take care of your AC, Jordan is the man!

On 8/26/19 our a/c broke and it was 90 degrees inside our house. I called Arnold Air and they had a technician here in about 2- 1/2 hours.
Shawn L. was our service technician and I want to complement him on his professionalism on this hot day. He was very polite and courteous.
He explained the problem and showed me the cause of our problem. Even though it was extremely hot and humid, Shawn kept his cool the entire time.

When my air conditioner quit working I called Arnold Air Conditioning for help. They were very responsive and sent David out to help us. He came even before the quoted time and immediately began assessing the problem. David was very respectful of us and our property. He went above and beyond taking care of the problem. Even clearing the overgrown plants from the condenser. We required a part that was not readily available and had to be ordered. When the part was received David came back and installed it getting us up and running again. I would highly recommend Arnold Air for all your a/c needs!

Arnold Air installed our AC unit, 11 years ago when we were building our home. We have always had excellent service and have not had one complaint. I am a widow and Steve is the serviceman I always ask for. He is very conscientious and does a great job. I will recommend Arnold Air any day.

I heard about Arnold Air Conditioning through a colleague of mine and was given Bryan Franz as a contact. He took note of my information over the weekend despite not being the emergency line channel and set up an appointment for 1 day later with his technician Ray. They said that it would be a second opinion and therefore charged me $0. Ray was able to troubleshoot and identify the problem easily and professionally. They are clearly a team that actually tries to fix issues and cares about customers. Bryan made the meeting extremely convenient and Ray solved the issue expertly. I cannot praise their work highly enough.

Johnny performed the semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He did recommend a part replacement to ensure my A/C continued operating properly. He returned the following week and quickly installed and tested the new part. In general, the Arnold staff is courteous and able to accommodate my scheduling requirements. I intend to continue having them work on my system. I recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Cody was an extremely informed installer that exceeded my expectations. I not only got information on the best pleated replacement filter to use but gave me the knowledge to confidently choice a UV light filter for the new AC unit Arnold AC recently installed. In addition, to his knowledge he also educated me on current technology and made it easy to ask questions with his friendly demeanor and prompt installation skill. I am now prepared with how and when to change filters and uv bulbs.

I have used ARNOLD AIR CONDITIONING for several years now. My ac broke down Saturday, Sept. 7, one of the hottest days of the year of course. I called ARNOLD AIR CONDITIONING at 8 a.m. Monday. Cody was at my place within 1.5 hrs. He was very knowledgeable and professional. As a single, older woman it is quite a comfort to have a business that doesn’t try to add on unneeded services to pad the bill. Cody explained the issues and had everything needed to take care of the problem. Cody also recommended a service contract that will save money on future visits. We purchased two Daikin units in 2017. This service call was part of their maintenance program, which is very reasonable. Shawn (serv. tech) was extremely thorough, including fixing a minor glitch we were having with drainage. We are very happy with the company as a whole, and with any of their technicians that have come out.
