I Need The Plumber & Air Conditioning

Hi Martin. I got your message late and I tried calling. Anyways, this from the Saturday after new years. I sent a message through your website. Alex called and left a message. I called him right back. We discussed someone scheduling me and coming to take a look which would have been a week ago monday. I arranged to leave work early but no one called or showed. I ended up spending the week without hot water. I had the water heater taken care of this past weekend.

Got in touch with them on a Saturday to replace my water heater. They said someone would call me Monday morning to schedule someone for the afternoon. No one called and no one showed up.

Outrageous pricing. They quoted a price 4 times the price actually paid to have two new faucet assemblies installed and connected to the drains. Highly recommend getting multiple quotes for plumbing work.

Excellent workmanship. Addressed all options available for me to chose from and began the work on the same day. When completing the task at hand, they completely cleaned up the area to original condition. Highly recommend the company and specifically the individuals doing the work.

I called re: backed up toilets and they said call the city and see if it's an equipment problem. Turned out the pump had burned out and the alarm box was faulty, which the city replaced for free.
