I Need The Plumber & Air Conditioning

“I need the plumber” is a professional service and very pleasant to deal with. They were able to get me serviced within hours of my call. Mike was courteous, helpful and thorough in his work. He pointed out a huge issue at our home which could have landed us in great trouble and we were able to have the matter rectified all in the same day. They’ve gained a new member.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the service we got from "I Need the Plumber and Air Conditioning"! First and foremost, they show up when say they'll be there. Martin and his team were professional in every way. We needed to replace our very old air conditioning system and they made the whole process very easy. Martin evaluated everything carefully and gave us quite a few options and then let us decide with no pressure whatsoever. Maritza did a fantastic job scheduling everything and Martin, Landy and Alex did a wonderful job on the installation! They even called the next day to follow up. In a time where good customer service is so hard to find, it's really nice to find a company that takes pride in the service they provide! They were such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

They did a good job, but for replacing 10" of copper pipe and putting on a new faucet and being here for less than 45 minutes wasn't worth 445.00 dollars. I never use them again.

Maritza dispatched Alex and Kyle to diagnose a water heater problem and she called me to tell me they were on the way. Alex texted me also to let me know he was on the way. He explained pricing, the work to be done, and warranty options before proceeding with the job. He was very personable, honest , and efficient. He answered all my questions, and went to work. Great job done , and done right ! I also had a leaking water line under my mobile home, which he came back the next day and repaired. AGAIN, ON TIME AND TEXTED ME TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON THE WAY ! I appreciate the professionalism of this company and it's employees. Five stars awarded !

I called them at 9am and they were here at 10am. They replaced my water heater and brought everything up to code. I happened to have called another company as well and they were both here at the same time and this company came in cheaper. Their work is PERFECT. The guys were professional, and when I called them 3 days later to ask questions, they took my call and spent about 20 mins on the phone with me answering every question I had. I’m glad I found them, this is how business should be done.

We were having a problem with our AC and gave them a call. They were able to schedule an appointment to come out the very next day. Arrived promptly within the appointment window. Every one I dealt with was very professional and polite (especially Martin and Maritza). Martin took a look at our current AC unit, asked plenty of question to make sure he understood the problems we were having, clearly explained what the problem was and what our options were. He also gave us plenty of units to choose from and gave recommendations on what would be best for us (did not just push the biggest and most expensive option). They were also upfront and honest with their pricing and did a great job breaking it down from the total cost to what that would be per month/week so that we could make the most informed decision.

When they came to do the install, again they arrived exactly when they said they would. They did a great job communicating what they were doing and discussing any issues that came up while they were working. They worked very neatly and cleaned up after themselves (didn't leave a mess or garbage after they were done working). Once they were done, pricing was exactly what was quoted (NO 'hidden fees'!) and they made sure to give us plenty of tips and reminders about maintenance and how to keep our new system is good shape/running for a long time.

Would recommend them to anyone and will gladly use them for all our future needs!

This is an excellent business to do business with. Martin & Maritza are wonderful people & go out of their way to be professional, pleasant & accommodating. I have been doing business with them for over 3 years now & have used them for both a/c & plumbing. They are very knowledgeable in all that they do & their employees Landy & Alex are also outstanding. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this business! DEFINITELY recommend!!

This company is my go to for my plumbing and air-conditioning needs. Landy, Alex, Martin and Matthew all came out at different times as I had bigger problems than any of us anticipated. They always took care to protect my stuff and restore order. I highly recommend this company. Maritza in the office is excellent with keeping me informed about times and schedules that took my needs as a priority. They helped with affordable options with my budget in mind.
