I Need The Plumber & Air Conditioning

Quick service and quality installation. Both Alex and JP were polite and professional. They were able to install my new hot water heater the same day without an issue. I would definitely recommend this company.

As I wasn't pressed for time, I asked for the "at their convenience" service. They called me about an hour before they were going to be in my area. Told me the name of the plumber that was coming and approximately their arrival time, which made me feel much more comfortable when they arrived. The guys showed up at the time expected, reviewed my problem and gave me three choices for fixing it. Their charges were reasonable, they knew what they were doing and they did a great job. They also addressed a couple additional items while they were there without charging extra. Overall, great service, I would highly recommend. Thank you Sam and Martin.

Very quick service and very thorough. Hot water heater needed replacement on the weekend during vacation. Thanks to service tech Martin everything was upgraded and done very neatly. Thanks :)

Alex did a good job, but $635.00 to furnish and install a toilet bowl is WAY too expensive! A decent toilet bowl costs about $150.00. 2 hold down studs, a wax ring, and hook up the water supply is not worth $485.00!! I have changed many myself, but I was at their mercy because I live in NJ. Their prices are WAY OUT OF LINE!!!>

Had an emergency in that my main pipe into my home burst and the water was shooting up like an oil well. Called 2 plumbers and both said they could come the following day. Called "I need the Plumber" and had a great tech named Alex there within the hour. He and the company were the best plumbing company I ever experienced. Reliable, expert work and fairly priced. I will only use this company from now on. Best service I ever had.

AC was not putting out cold air on Saturday called I need a Plumber and called back within the hour. First thing Monday morning Landry showed up and he was very polite and knowledgeable he diagnosed my unit was very clear on what the issue was and then showed me everything. He then showed me his pricing and asked me how I wanted to proceed. We had just purchased the house in May of 2019 and did not have a maintenance plan so I wanted the better pricing in the book so Landry was able to sell me a maintenance plan before performing the work and helped save me money on the repairs. I highly recommend I Need a Plumber and AC.

I little bit too much song and dance but overall delivered exceptional work. The job was completed in reasonable time and the service was nothing short of professional.

Where do I begin.... Mike was amazing. My father and I were beyond pleased with his professionalism !!!! It was superb to say the very least, and most importantly he got the job done. He explained everything in such great detail, answered all my questions, explained all options available, when I say he left no gray areas (if you know what I mean ) he left NONE !!!! I would recommend this company without a doubt and request Michael in the future.

Just had a gas water heater installed yesterday by Martin and his crew. They were very professional and informative on what I could expect from their company. They arrived promptly when they said they would and got right to work replacing my old unit. After they left I felt very confident that I chose the right company for the job.
