I Need The Plumber & Air Conditioning

Michael was exactly on time and had texted me prior to coming. He wore a mask and foot coverings. He went over the company info and procedures first, very professionally always being aware of social distancing. Another technician, Landy, joined him to replace a water heater, fix a sink and shower and rebuild a toilet. They were polite, efficient and were able to fix things with less cost than the estimate. Though there for plumbing, they checked the filters in my AC unit which were horrible. They showed me what to buy and how to change it at no cost to me. Everything seems to be working well. I would definitely use them again.

I just had to post a review on this company. They are wonderful. I don't believe that 5 stars are enough. Everyone is so helpful and explains everything on what is wrong and needs to be done to resolve your problems. They have worked both on my plumbing and air conditioning and there will never be anyone else called out to do those thing but them. The work they have done for me has always been left clean, neat, and believe me better then when they got here. The owner and staff just the top's in my book. Can't say enough good except choose them you won't regret it.

The response was very fast. The Tech (Mike) was very friendly and gave allot of details and explained everything completely all with a great personality. He did all the work quickly and Thoroughly. Pricing was very reasonable.
The main office responded to my questions quickly and took care of my needs directly. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company.

We can't say enough about the great service we received from this company! They are VERY hardworking people. Purchased new A/C system from Martin and received a very fair price and honest assessment of our situation/old system. Received a call today from them, telling me that I over paid ( my oversight, not theirs) and that they will be sending my refund asap. They are also ordering A/C filters and dropping them off to me, because mine are a special size. These guys worked their tails off for us and we appreciate it VERY much. They vacuumed my floors when done and wore shoe covers to protect my flooring. They left my garage floor cleaner than they found it! LOL Great people...pleasure doing business with them. This company is the most professional, competent and customer focused a/c repair and installation company I've ever dealt with. From the young lady answering the phone, to their installation technicians, everyone exceeded my expectations. Within two days they installed the system in our addition and came back the next day to fully explain all its functions. It's very rare today to deal with a firm that truly puts the customer first. I can assure anyone who needs their air conditioner serviced or replaced,, I need the plumber and air conditioning is the company to choose.

I was very happy with their service. They called, emailed and texted with pictures of the plumber to let me know his ETA. They were very professional, explaining to me what was the issue with my HVAC system. They moved things around in my garage to get to the air handler and put everything back before they left. Provided me with options and costs for services. Will call them back if I have further issues.

I needed a new A/C system for my rental property. I had them install a new unit and transfer the air handling from the attic to the garage. The work was excellent and completed within a few days. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Flexible financing too. I even received a free upgrade at no extra cost (from the original quote). Great company!

Excellent, professional and courteous service provided from the time I called for service until completion of the job. It is so nice dealing with honest, reliable and professional contractors.
