I Need The Plumber & Air Conditioning

I just had a new A/C unit installed by Martin and Alex (I Need the Plumber and A/C). I have used this company for the past 3 years and I have never been disappointed. The service, professionalism, and efficiency are nothing short of Amazing!! They are always on time, pricing is reasonable and affordable, and they adhere to covid precautions. They installed the a/c and inspection was completed within the time frame previously stated. Will always use this company for my a/c plumbing needs...you should too! Alex was great! Knowledgeable and professional! He came out within two hours of calling on a Saturday morning. He completed the job within an hour, and we are back up and running. A little pricey, but hey, what do you expect for Saturday service. Overall, impressed!

Starting fom the initial call speaking to Maritza who was as professional, pleasant and helpful as anyone could be. Then Michael Gladstien who was one of the most respectful, professional and informative technicians I have dealt with on any level coming out evaluating my situation and taking his time to explain my options with no pressure was a complete mind easing experience. I Need the Plumber & AC service and customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them everyday of the week and twice on Sunday's!

Alex was friendly and professional! Called on a weekend and was connected to him. He talked me thru what to do with my leaking hot water heater, to make it till Monday. He came on Monday morning, as promised, and did an excellent job! Would absolutely have him back to my house to my house for future repairs.

The service I received was highly professional. Quality work by a team with 25 years experience. You can use other plumbers, but not all plumbers are the same. I had another plumber do this same job for me and he did it wrong. Marisa, Martin and Mike, fixed his shoddy work and made it right!!! You can't go wrong with them, an awesome team. Thank You once again. My mind is at ease now, when I flush my toilet.

My experience from the moment Maritza answered the phone was excellent. She answered my questions and said she would send out a service tech the next day. She called me before he came out and told me his name, which was Michael. When he arrived the next day, he explained the pkgs. they offered and I decided to let him do the job. He was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my water heater. He cleaned the work area up when he was done. I would give both Maritza and Mike both 5 stars. They brought my permit and Maritza called to set up the city inspection. So far, I am quite satisfied with this company.

Alex, Miranda and the entire TEAM at I Need the Plumber are awesome. Same day service and quality repair. The Staff is very well trained in the art of customer service and they they know what they are doing on top of it. The Boss man even stopped in to check up on the job while it was in progress. I highly recommend them.

I Need the Plumber is a very professional company. Always on time and quick if we need them after hours. Being new to Florida, my daughter and I were not sure who to call when we had a shower leak. My daughter saw their truck one day. Angie’s List gave I Need the Plumber good reviews and we called them. They do very good work and we like that they use copper pipe. Their pricing is fair, and you get what you pay for. We highly recommend them. Sam does a great job!

Martin was very professional, thorough and informative during the installation of our gas range and the dishwasher. Maritza was always very helpful and efficient and a pleasure to work with.
