I Need The Plumber & Air Conditioning

Martin and Alex installed my hot water heater last year. AC upgrade this year. They’re professional, efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. E.g. during covid crisis, they wore masks, gloves and carried around disinfecting wipes to wipe down everything they touched. They’re a high-integrity outfit with superb workmanship.

Could not have been more pleased with the overall experience with I Need The Plumber and Air Conditioning. A fast google search found them and from the very first phone call, to the two preceding visits to service and repair my AC was beyond my expectations. Having had two previous bad experiences with other companies, I had the bar set pretty low, but this was not necessary. They blew it away! To say this company is professional and goes above and beyond would be a gross understatement. They were absolute ROCK STARS from beginning to end. The yearly membership is well worth the price. You can't go wrong with I Need the Plumber and Air Conditioning.

ALEX is a young, well spoken, and professional plumber. In accordance with company policy...he introduced and represented himself and the company in an exemplary manner. From start to finish, I Need The Plumber did a magnificent job installing a tankless water heater in our home. We were fully informed about the process....they did exactly what they said they were going to do....they did it exactly when they said they were going to do it...the service team was extremely professional.....and the office team was efficient and a real joy to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Used this company several times now and have always been pleased with the service. Staff helpful and extremely competent. I call them when I want it done right the first time. Update 02/2021: Alex did a great job on my shower leak.

A little late on posting this review. Excellent response time and service.

We called for a 2nd opinion on our ac unit. It's old and in need of updating, however still operating and could be repaired.

Unlike the other provider who immediately started measuring up for a new unit, these guys were able to identify the problem.

Not only did they make the repair for a reasonable price, they were also able to offer suggestions for the replacement unit.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service. called at 9 am for an appointment and they arrived and finished before 1130.
Mike was very professional, wore ppe. Replaced the toilet with new ada compliant (comfort height) and inspected other areas to make sure there were no other potential issues in the home .
I would definitely use them again .

Just got done meeting Mr. Martin Carpenter. What a pleasure to do business with! Had a situation with an overflow in one of my bathrooms and Mr. Carpenter and his apprentice saved the day. Very hard to find a trustworthy and hard working small business owner. Even went the extra mile and surveyed the drain pipe with a camera after the fact. I was very pleased with the service I received. I called I need a plumber that morning and they came out within 2 hours and resolved my problem. They located the leak behind the wall and replaced the bad copper pipe in less than 15 minutes. The service was informative anx professional.
