Very positive experience from Always cool. Very nice family business that responds timely, arrives timely, provides excellent communication by phone, text and email. I recently purchased an older home that wasn’t cooling properly. By the time Always Cool completed the work we were up and running with ice cold a/c for a very competitive price that I wasn’t able to beat. Bottom line - no other A/C company will work on my current home as long as I own it. Provided same day repair on a blower motor that went out around 8pm, I called them next morning and by 10am the blower was fixed and blowing cold again. They will be my go to team! Thank you always cool!

When my AC quit I didn’t panic, just realized a new ac is a costly expense and a 10 year commitment, so I took my time (thankfully in February). Many friends made recommendations and I knew of some companies in the area. I made a list of 6. Called around and got the list down to three, then eventually to two who came by to quote. I wanted a professional response when calling them. I wanted to know they wanted my business. As a business owner myself, I like working with the owner, the person who knows the most and cares the most. I wanted a price that wasn’t over inflated due to a large overhead and I wanted to know they would be around in 10 years. Always Cool hit everyone of these and exceeded many! Dave came recommended by a former client who was in the business so couldn’t get a better recommendation than that. The second choice was a 71 year old who’d been in business all his life. He was a good second choice but Always Cool kept growing the margin between them. I was impressed when Jenny (don’t let her sweet voice fool you) said basically the same things as the older guy when I first called. I shared the specs I’d researched and what I thought I needed. Both gave advice on what was right and what I should reconsider. When Dan came out he also explained things really well and mostly the same as the other guy just easier to understand and more assured of what I should do. He was $600 less too. I also realized he wasn’t going to try and sell me on anything more than what I was asking for. When I let him know he was the winner, he and Jenny set things in motion and were able to install the next day. His cousin Vinnie came with him. They were very polite and got right to work. It was an all day job. They didn’t skimp. They made a fresh and clean connection. Vinnie cleaned up so well, I told him if he kept it up he could stay. I was concerned about the duct work and Dave gave me a great deal on a cleaning spray after install that was so good I gladly took him up on it. Had to leave my home for over an hour but came back to a cool and comfortable home. And it doesn’t end there. I was having trouble with my door. Dave replaced a couple of hinge screws and it working perfect. Jenny filed the equipment registration to insure I receive the 10 year parts warranty. Dave provided all the paperwork in hand even though Jenny did so electronically too. Dave also came back to take photos for the inspector since Stuart is handling things this way. I’m a half hour away from his base and he never complained about that or charged more. I have no doubt this company will be in business in 10 years and beyond. Our community is very lucky to have them! For someone who doesn’t like to do reviews, I’m more than ecstatic to provide this one!

Always cool is definitely the way to go! I am the caretaker/manager of a few condos for some seasonal residents. Recently made a visit to one condo and found the air completely inoperable. Called and was kindly dealt with by Jenny even though it was after hours. Dave came right over and diagnosed the problem quickly and with ease. It was easy to see his experience and knowledge. Although it was an easy fix for him he told me of a few other problems and told me what I really needed and what I didn’t in order to keep the unit going for now. Air is running great since. Just felt like he was an honest guy and didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary things just to run up the bill. Overall really good people. Give them your business!

No matter what time a day I call or email. I always get an a notice saying they will be there that day .They are prompt and polite even when I’m frustrated, they manage to do the make me feel important and prompt service. 😊

Saw on fb the company had great reviews , so I went ahead and gave them a call on a Friday late afternoon due to my Ac not working and leaking water everywhere . Came to my house within the hr , was able to make the Ac work again thankfully no more heat and came back few days later for the repair of the leak . Very professional , knowledgeable & friendly ! We will continue to use the company for any future services , as well as recommendation for my family & friends . Extremely satisfied with the service from Always Cool Ac ! When we were unable to cool our home below 83 degrees for a week, despite having an A/C unit that was only 3 years old, a friend recommended that I call Always Cool. Best advice ever! Dave came out within an hour after our call, listened to what we thought might be contributing factors, then did a thorough inspection of the air handler, attic crawl space, and outside condenser unit, where he found the leak at the line set. He was courteous, professional, and did quality work. Always Cool will be our "Always Go-To" A/C company from now on! Thank you!
