Always Cool, Inc.

So our A/C fan was running, but no cold air. We were out of town Tues and Wed, came home to a hot house. Temp read 79, the fan was running solid the two days we were gone. A friend of mine recommended Always Cool, and I'm so happy we called them.
Jenny said they probably would be here between 1-2p, but also said, if they finish early at prior job, they could be here earlier, and bingo, she was right, they were here at 11am, yaay.
Dave and James knew what it was, just by hearing the unit running...(that's experience!!).
They had the part on the truck and in 20min, glorious cold air was once again coming out of our vents.❄️❄️. Dave also flushed out the line, and cut the outside pvc drain pipe, he said it was too tall, and not draining correctly......good to know. Going above and beyond, that is service, that's what it's all about!! Good guys still exist!!

Dave and James.....you guys are my hero's!!!! Pricing was awesome as well!!! ( I was really sweating that one out too!!.....no pun intended☺️, well maybe!!)

The team over at Always Cool was awesome. Dave was honest and straightforward. The price was very fair. It was very quick from the time we set up the appointment to the actual install. We passed inspection, no problem. The AC works great! Thanks team!

I was referred by a family member. Called and spoke with Jenny who was able to get Dave to come out on a weekend at no extra charge. Everywhere else I called was either closed or had no technicians available but would put me down for the next available for an emergency fee(at that point I agreed to anything, but either way it turned out that I didn't get a calle back until monday). Anyway, both Jenny and Dave are very knowledgeable and honest individuals. My AC was completely out of coolant and it was pointless to spend thousands to fix an old unit. They worked diligently to procure the AC we so desperately needed. They went above and beyond by setting up a floor unit while we waited for the AC to come in. Although his coworker was sick, Dave still showed up and piece by piece set up the new unit. They are fast, honest and reliable. Amazingly, this is only part of what they did for us. I am so grateful. I recommend this company 100%.

Recently purchased a split A/C unit for my garage and needed a HVAC professional to do the installation. I have used Always Cool before and was completely satisfied with their service so of course I called them again. The service as before was outstanding, Jenny (Dave’s wife) at the office is a pleasure to work with and Dave was again awesome to work with. They had installed the AC unit and did some duct work and I am totally impressed with the total customer experience. Dave & his team are very professional, knowledgeable & personable. They were extremely prompt and hard working, did a complete air conditioner replacement at my home and did a great job. My air is working great now with the summer in full swing. I would recommend Always Cool to anyone !

My AC was horribly unbalanced. One side of the house was cold. The other side was very hot. Dave came up with an affordable plan to help. Other companies wanted to sell me an additional AC when it was not needed.

Being from NJ where you only use air conditioning for a few months out of the year, I am not used to running it constantly let alone knowing how to maintain it in this hot, humid weather.
