This was the only AC company that fixed our issues. We had a brand new ac installed with another company, and we’ve had nothing but issues since we got it. Always cool came out and fixed everything. At an unbeatable price!
They cared more about our family (complete strangers) then the big named “family friend” we used to install it! Always cool will be our forever AC company. Thank you for making sense of our issues, explaining them in perfect detail, and fixing them!

Called Always Cool on New years day expecting to get an answering machine for the holiday. was surprised when Jenny answered the phone. She was very polite and scheduled my repair within the hour (Awesome). David showed up on time and was super helpful, very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that i was able to understand (Plainly). bottom Line, I give always cool 5 STARS (would be 10 but 5 is the max) for promptness, friendliness, professionalism, going out of the way to make sure everything else was working correctly.

My wife and I are so happy with this company. We got a new system installed with a new touchscreen thermostat. This company is very professional and has amazing customer service which is hard to find these days. They went above and beyond and I will never go to anyone else for my AC needs. Highly recommend!

Our air quit cooling, we called first thing on a Sunday and Always Cool was over within the hour! We're so impressed. He quickly assessed the situation, let us know the charge and then got busy fixing it. A++ Service, Friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

First time using Always Cool, Inc. .... a very positive experience.... Dave was right on time ... he was very professional and very knowledgeable.... and he was happy to answer any questions that I had...it became a good learning experience for me .... he diagnosed the issue and was done in a timely amount of time. He even offered to take a look at the air handler in the attic to make sure everything looked good... I thought that was a nice gesture on his part.

Just before he left, I asked him for some business cards... I noticed that they offer 24hr. emergency service at no extra charge... this is quite a plus for any customer indeed....

Always cool is the company you want if you have an issue with your A/C... Dave came to our house after hours with in 20 minutes! Right off the bat you can see he is very knowledgeable and an honest person! Our issue couldn’t be solved that night. Dave told us that he would get back to us in the morning after making some calls, and sure enough Jenn messaged me by 8 am letting me know Dave had what we needed and was on his way. By 10 am out A/C was up and running perfect! Thank you guys so much you are great! We will be using you guys if we ever have any other issues! And of course we will recommend.

My upstairs A/C unit went out and I was looking for same day service to fix it. I looked online and saw Always Cooling. Within an hour or so, someone responded and took care of my issue the same day. Very professional and well worth the rating. I would highly recommend this company for A/C needs.

Everyone understands how vital A/C is during the summer in FL. As a mother of 2 with another on the way, it was an urgent matter when our A/C stopped cooling our home. I was so grateful that Always Cool was able to get out and fix the issue just an hr or so after calling. Highly recommend them!

I am forever grateful for Always Cool, INC. We had a super old unit, so we knew a replacement was in our future (why does it always have to go out in summer.. LOL).. Always Cool was quick to come out and investigate the issue; they sent estimates just as quickly; and were here a couple days later working their butts off on a change out. I have family members in the AC business but their prices didn't even stand a chance against Always Cool! they did excellent work in my office. after having 2 separate ac companies working on my ac it was still never fixed properly. always cool fixed it the first time and the price was nearly half of the other 2 companies. customer for life. I highly recommend them!
