Great experience! My husband called Always Cool, Inc for an emergency service after realizing our outside unit wasn't running. The woman he spoke to initially was very professional and eager to help. She was able to put our request through to Dave who arrived quickly. Dave was also very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the visit. He had our system up and running in about an hour. We'll definitely be a long term customer! Highly recommend them.
