Air I Am

My father had an issue with a job that was done and the owner, Adam, resolved it right away -- personally, ethically and without reservation. It is refreshing when a company stands behind its service. That deserves to be recognized.

Total bait and switch.
Gave me a quote to replace my water heater, told me it would be a 5 hr job. The quite was reasonable for 5 hrs. Took him an hour. I asked to reduce the price since it only took an hour. He BULLIED ME and kept saying you accepted the quote! I accepted the quote based on HIS EXPERTISE. Then hot a long story about him doing me a favor too do the job since his wife was in the hospital.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My A/C was leaking. I called Air I Am on Thursday afternoon and they sent a team of two technicians first thing Friday morning. They were courteous and professional. They had to go several times in the roof of the building and every time they came back to the condo they knocked on the door and politely asked if they could come back in. They resolved the issue and were in their way in no time. I can only speak in superlatives about this company.

Just came home and there was a flood. Called and he was here in no time fixing the problem. And said he was coming back the next three days to make sure Everything was alright. And if we should have a problem call him. Didn’t matter what time. Now that’s a great business man

Very professional. On time. Kept me well informed as to the scheduled work. Job looks great, and they cleaned up after finishing. Would definitely use Air I Am again.

I called on Saturday, they gave me an appointment for Tuesday as it wasn't an emergency. They were on time or early, which is always a bonus.

Work was done all in the same day. I highly recommend.
