Air I Am

Had an emergency they responded almost immediately from the time I made the call until the time the job was done was less than 2 and 1/2 hours unbelievable!! Great customer service friendly professional made sure I understood the cost and what needed to be done clearly before they would start any work wish everyone were this easy to deal with in South Florida. . Will definitely use them again if we have the need and have every intention of referring them to our friends

I needed a plumber to replace a leaking water heater; posted late in the evening and received a call back from Adam that same night. He was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I had a new water heater the next day! adam followed up with a phone call to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. Great customer service!

I was called by this company immediately and they were there the next day to fix my plumbing issues. The plumber was punctual, polite and VERY informative. He knew what he was taking about. My job was finished that day and I am so happy. The price was something I could afford and I would recommend this company to anyone. I'm going to tell all of my neighbors.

Adam was flexible and responsive when, on very short notice, arranged for next day installation at a fair price of a new Tempstar system when our old ac unit went bust. The installers arrived on time, were thorough and professional, and left the work space cleaner than they found it. Air I Am has been around for more than 20 years. I recommend them highly.

Jeremy came out to the call on time and did a neat and wonderful Job. I had my hot water heater replaced by Air I Am, several months ago and was very pleased by their work. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone! He was extremely knowledgeable, and polite. He is an excellent plumber.

The last thing we wanted to do was to spend money on an AC system. Unfortunately we had no choice and I am thrilled to have been able to have Air I AM AC come into my home and replace my old system. Not only did Mark and Mike do a great job in getting me the best unit for the best price, they also made the financing painless and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner.

Called today due to a leak under my kitchen sink along with a foul odor. Turned out my disposal had took a dump on me. Called Air I Am and they had someone out to my home in 30 minutes. Once they arrived, they confirmed the issue and replaced the disposal for a very reasonable price. The gentleman who did the work was prompt, respectful of my home and displayed a very professional manner. I will definitely give them a call for any issues.

A previous good experience had me wanting to use air i am for their plumbing services. This time I contacted the company and spoke to Adam a week and a half ago. I was not called back to confirm a time and when we had arranged something a day later , I had been pushed out a week due to it being their busy season. That is fine as it is not an emergency. Today was the day, and no one had come to the agreed upon time and when i called and asked Adam they were not sure what happened and were trying to get a hold of the tech. Now I did express my frustration and they apologized and i proceeded to tell them that i had been happy in the past and hopes to continue but with the way things were going to hate to leave a bad review with seemed to be no commitment and a run around. The response I got was "well if you need to leave a bad a review, you need to leave a bad review." that was very disappointing!
