Air I Am

I own a restaurant in Delray Beach. I have many plumbing, refrigeration and air conditioning issues. over the years iv'e used many different companies for service and repairs, until i discovered Air I Am. they have installed air conditioners, water heaters, walk in coolers and have done numerous plumbing repairs. they're prompt, extremely knowledgeable, very fair, reasonable and guarantee all there work. over the years iv'e gotten to know Michael and Mark. i see how hard they work and i see how hard they try to please their customers. whether its air conditioning, plumbing or refrigeration i wouldn't think about using anyone else.

The technician who came to install our new Ecobee thermostat was very courteous, and knew how to resolve the wiring issue that wasn't covered in the installation manual.

Elliot did a great job capping off my double sink faucets and sewer for my bath remodel. I will use This plumber again, they provided a fair price and fast service.

The technicians were determined to do a great job but had real difficulty correcting errors on install of a new system following a documented mold problem and industry protocols on removal. Following install moisture poured through vents running down walls. They returned twice . Fog blew our of vents. I lost confidence when the "General manager" as self described on their web page as lacking direct HVAC experience interjected. I had to call another service to correct their problems. $5k. They are unaware of mold remediation issues and the GM tried to suggest that mold inspector's report was overkill. Overall I would have given a lower review but for the two sincere yet failed attempts to correct the problems. Senior technician was in over his head and really wanted to help. Newest member of team is a liability.

This is a top notch company that gets the job done on the same day. Very meticulous and quality job.

Adam is the man 👨 He came out when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that a Lehman would understand

We had a water heater fail in the morning and the Air I Am team had it replaced by 2PM that same day. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

Adam was great as my hot water heater failed on Saturday nite and he came over and replaced it that nite. Couldn't recommend Adam any more highly! Hot water, yeah!

They came out within hours of my call. Very thorough discussion and diagnosis of the problem with my water heater. Replaced it with one of higher quality.

Adam was extremely responsive and professional. He resolved our issue quickly and set us up with a plan to prevent similar issues going forward.
