Air I Am

My appreciation to Adam and his wonderful caring team, especially Jeff and all that work with him. We would highly recommend Air I am. Professional people who did a fantastic job installing our new a/c.

I was able to get a very quick response and same day service. They confirmed my appointment and came right on time, within the window scheduled! The technician who serviced my AC, Jeff, was very informative, professional, and nice overall. I have a few more projects for them and hope to get the same great service.

Called on a Saturday morning because of a blocked kitchen drain. Serviceman arrived in 45 minutes! He quickly assessed the problem and used a 40' power snake to clear the line under the house. Very profession and fairly priced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had been having an issue with a minor repair on a small pvc service line. Could not keep it from leaking. I have never had this issue before. I made a phone call to Air I Am, INC and within 2 hrs a plumber was at my house. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He resolved my problem within a 30 minute time frame. I would highly recommend this company and their staff for your plumbing needs.

After having Adam install 2 different a/c systems, 1 in a condo and 1 in a house, I am totally disappointed in Air I Am. He overcharged me, a service that later I had performed for 1/3 the price that he charged. We had ongoing issues with him. After installing the system that he recommended (the largest for a residential system), he then wanted to put in another return because the system wasn't cooling properly, which would have entailed major renovations.What?? I totally lost confidence in him and called in another company, who fixed the problem and checked out the entire system and, as I said, charged 1/3 of what Adam did. Turned out that it was a programming issue with the thermostat! Adam is a salesman and does not know the finer points of HVAC. I would steer clear of Air I Am.

Amazing customer service and professional work. Called first thing in the morning and within an hour was called back and they fit me into their schedule. They priced the job appropriately, they were quick, clean, precise and explained everything and logged all their work. They were highly recommended by two of my friends simultaneously and now I see why

Air I Am installed My air-conditioner three years ago. I’ve had them servicing it annually since then and I have been pleased with their responsiveness to me and service to my air-conditioner. Today, Jeff and Adam came out to service my air conditioner and did a really good job.

Thank you Michael and Mark. No one looks forward to having A/C issues during July. I haven't had the best experiences in the past and was dreading this one. My neighbor recommended Air I Am as a local family owned business. I am so glad he did. Quick response but took the time to explain my options. No pressure. They exceeded my expectations and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.

This was a very enjoyable experience. Jeff analyzed the problem immediately and showed me exactly what was wrong. He got right to fixing the problem along with offers for future maintenance options that made sense and was reasonable. I had called two other services first. Air I Am answered and set up an appointment within a few hours This is how good businesses are run.
