Responded quickly they are over priced. However, the owner quoted me for a universal flush valve and tank repair for over $200. The quote was also suppose to include fixing the AC. The AC needed a thermostat. They came and did nothing to the AC. The toiler repair was super quick and over priced for the job he had to do. We ended up installing the thermostat ourselves.

Romaine was so sweet and explained everything. Felt so comfortable with him. had him here to replace my water heater and fixing my connections under my sink. Wouldn’t go with anyone different. Will call for him specifically!

I called Sunday morning and I got the owner . I told him what has happened and told him I could wait until Monday but he was so nice and told me he was heading to the office and he'd come today. He was there within 2 hours and fixed the issue.

This is a great company. I am most pleased with the work they did and how quickly they delivered and installed our new hot water heater. I highly recommend Air I am for any of your plumbing needs.

Replaced outside water shutoff valve. Took 1/2 hour and $25 dollars parts. Charged $350!. That's high.

Even if you figure:
Technician - $60 an hour
Service fee - $100
Parts - $50.

Understand it's plumbing. I figured $250 would be about right. $350 feels taken advantage of.
Won't use em and won't recommend them.

I’ve never been pleased with multiple a/c companies till AIRIAM. Adam, president of AIRIAM has been maintaining my older system and now he and his worker bee, Danan, not only recommended a new unit but did a quick and professional installation. Could not be more pleased! Cheers to AIRIAM!!

Romaine worked non-stop to repair the water leak in my laundry room wall. He was professional, well mannered and neat. He is an extremely hard worker and I would highly recommend him if you have a plumbing problem. I give Romaine 5 stars!

Adam, President of Air I Am, Inc. is a wonderful HVAC and plumbing systems technician. He installed a Broward County code required system in our condo about six months ago. The system has a two level redundant flood protection system. In the event of a line backup, the two level system shuts down our Nest controlled thermostat and HVAC, preventing leakage and flooding from a clogged drain. It worked perfectly! After twenty minutes of high pressure cleaning of the drain pipes, the system is working great; without any moisture or flood.

Immediate response and came out twice in the matter of 2 days within the hour. One day even being a Sunday evening. Professional, friendly, made sure to explain every issue. Highly recommend
