I have been a Pride customer for about two years and couldn't be happier with the level of service. One of the main reasons is the quality of their personnel. I just retired from the property management business and had a great deal of experience working with many different companies. I am writing this review to specifically to thank the Pride Technician, Jacob Jones, who has serviced my AC system several times already. He is one of the best representatives that I've encountered in my many years of experience. He is courteous, prompt and competent--a true professional. I wish this talented young man a long, successful career. Thank you.

I have been a customer of pride Air conditioning and appliance for over 10 years. I have been very pleased with the service plans that they offer and competitive pricing. The customer service is always very approachable and friendly. Michelle, one of the customer service representatives went above and beyond recently to help find the status of a part that was ordered and coordinated a call back to be able to complete the job. I highly recommend pride air conditioning and appliance for any home service plans or work.

I have been with Pride for all my houses since 2011 & they a fairly priced and you definitely get your value with any of their home service contracts. The customer service and technician are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to any homeowner or business.

I contacted Pride A/C in regard to my system not cooling as effectively as it should. They did meet the time commitment of the appointment, but they told me my outside condenser had a leak it in and I needed 3 pounds of freon. That they could not patch a coil but needed to replace it with a warranty replacement or a new condenser unit all together. I was told that I would get a call and physical quote from Shane between the two options. That never happened. I've called three times since then. To be told to wait for Shane to call me. It's been 1 month now. At this point they charged me $375 for the three pounds
of freon and visit then cut and run. Have not heard from them . I still have my problem will need to find another company more reliable I suppose. I would not recommend a company that can not coordinate and communicate to their customers reliably . All I needed was a quote with both cost next to each other.

I started using Pride this past year and can not be more pleased. I had service today and the technician Michael #2024 was wonderful. The quality of the service call was perfect.

Our central air stopped working on Sunday and I called for emergency service. I was informed there is no emergency service on Sunday's but a service technician would be at our residence Monday morning.
First thing at 8am, Jacob Jones, one of Pride's service techs, was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the cause of our problem (a clogged drain) and was able to fix it right away in less than an hour.
We were impressed by his responsiveness, professionalism and know-how.
Definitely a good experience!

Jacob was a wonderful tech. He came in and repaired my air conditioner also installed a brand new, fresh air, UV system.
Jacob was very kind, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. Next time I call I’ll be asking for Jacob. I’m not sure if Jacobs check number if it’s 2099 name is Jacob Jones thank you Jake up for doing such a wonderful job..

I have been a customer with Pride for many years ,as has my family and neighbors. They were great in the past for the few times I actually needed service. But I called to have my refrigerator looked at because it's leaking. Service person came out and had to order the part said it would take 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks came and no follow up. So I called to find out the part was coming in the following week and scheduled an appt. The service person came out and tried to replace the part, but he couldn't because the part they ordered was generic and wouldn't work for my refrigerator. He said Pride could not get the correct part so they tried to use this generic one. He told me Pride would follow up in a couple days. They never did follow up and now I'm on my 3rd phone call with left messages for the parts department and no one will get back to me, nor will they answer the phone in the parts dept. This is not at all acceptable, especially after paying for a year contract. It seems fraudulent at best. At this point, I wouldn't recommend Pride because they aren't providing the service detailed in their contracts. This is extremely disappointing after having such great service with them for years.
UPDATE: After I posted this you can see the customer service person commented for me to contact them. I did and she assured me this would be taken care of. After another month, more phone calls on my part and Pride somehow finally getting the correct part it ws fixed. They kept blaming their new calling system which isn't their customers problem. I am happy it's fixed, appreciate their customer service rep responding, but 2 months and no communication from them was not acceptable. I hope that Pride can work out their issues and return to the old customer service they provided.

Have to wait a week, if they even call to set up appointments. Can't get a supervisor and now they want to charge you even with extended parts and labor. Inept repair people!!!! Call to complain and no one gets back to you with them for years and totally have gone down the tubes, save your time, money, and aggravation your going to get, even E mailed the owner Howard Pearl and he didn't respond either

Pride A/C scheduled Jacob Jones to perform a repair service for my A/C system. Jacob arrived on time and immediately got to work. He diagnosed the problem (missing refrigerant) very quickly and performed a high quality repair. The system is working well, thanks to Jacob's excellent knowledge and ability. Pride A/C should highly value his employment.
