Walter came to my home the same day I called for the estimate. He thoroughly checked my house, my existing system and made his recommendations. I had seen 4 companies before him. He was the only one to tell me there was also a duct problem and that he could fix it, because the new unit would not run efficiently if that was not fixed. The others only said they weren’t responsible for any duct issues. His estimate was very detailed and reasonable and he provided the best solution at an affordable price. Once I approved the estimate he installed the unit and changed part of the ducts within a week. I was very impressed. Diego, who came to install the unit is very nice and knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the whole experience, something that is unusual with service companies here in Miami.

The Under control Air team was amazing. They came to install a full new AC Unit. They started on the roof which is 4 floors UP proceeded inside the
House. They were very professional Sergio, there is one who wears glasses I forgot very friendly and professional . After they were done they packed up and Sergio cleaned the floor With broom and mop I was so happy because usually people leave your house looking a mess but they left everything super clean. I would highly recommend them! They informed you of the entire process and ask permission before proceeding great work!

I have an airflow challenge in part of the house which is the problem I was trying to solve. There is very little space to work in and no attic in half the house. Two other companies came out to recommend partial solutions.

Walter, from Under Control AC, started off by identifying the root cause of the issues. He was climbing around in the attic and inspecting vents in the ceilings. He was very thorough and recommended the best option at a really good price.

The work went very smooth. There was a whole crew who knew exactly what they were doing.

I've been using Under Control Air for just over 2 years now. I have their annual maintenance plan which provides to check ups a year. They are incredibly professional and most importantly, honest. I also get 12 months of filters through them as well which is very convenient since they are different sizes. I have 2 separate air conditioning units so it's important to keep them running 100%.

These guys are the best. I bought a new house with an old AC. They came out and inspected everything. What I loved was their honesty. In two days they gutted the old damaged air ducts, installed a new unit, and repaired all my grates. They came back a couple months later to clean the drainage, check the unit, and clean the handler. Friendlist service I've ever experienced. I hope to continue using them for years to come.

Under control's professionalism and quick service was just perfect. Even better was the price, I called other companies and Under Control was able to beat their price. My air broke one day and the next day my house was back to normal. I would recommend them to anyone.

What I like on this company is they are very knowledgeable ,they know what they're doing, not BS. They do a fast and clean job.
They have a comparable price and they connect with acompany that do financial for 0% interest for 18 months.
Now they do the maintenance as well on my machine .
