Pride installed a new Rheems air conditioning unit 2 years ago. After 6 months it broke down and it took them 3 days to come to repair. This is unacceptable when you live in South Florida. And now today was
the 6th time this unit had to be repaired. This time it took 3 days of which it was 90 degrees in my villa. Customer service seems not to care. Needless to say I am not a happy customer of both Pride and Rheems. I will not renew my contract for this company! Nor will I buy a Rheems air conditioner!

Pride wil not sentd you a renweal notice before the contract expire. I was told it is my responsability to control the expire dates. I have 3 contract with them (my condo and 2 rentet houses I own) and I was their client for the last 6 years. I didn't realized that condo contract expired , I wanted to renew it but wasn't allowed until they will check that everything is ok and after that there is a 4 month period of check. The new administration motto is: " we want all our clients to drop dead!!!! - Pride doesn't have any consideration for their clients.

Sent email requesting someone come out to look at A/C yesterday and today came and went no call no email...

Called cause I don't want to sweat all night again... Left on hold for 15 minutes...

This rude young lady asks my address then is like uhhhh do you have a contract with us?

I'm like "NO" you didn't ask me that???

So now she cops an attitude and is like so why are you calling...

Guess "NEW" business is not a priority here, so God help ppl who have a contract when they need to call for help...

Warranty evap coil replacement,Just tech did not replace the liquid line dryer after sealed system was opened nor check system amps at comp.Any time seal system is opened one must replace the liquid dryer as per factory requirements, just ran a vacunm no amp gauges tech just said 20 degree split across AHU when asked

This is the worst AC company I’ve ever dealt with in South Florida. Highly recommend that you DO NOT use them. The worst customer service and can’t rely on anyone to timely answer simple questions or fix things in a timely manner.

We had a problem with our Glacier Bay (home Depot) toilet constantly running. We have a Pride service contract for all our appliances, AC and plumbing. I called, and they scheduled me for a five hour window three days after my call. The repair person, Tommy, came within that window, actually in the earlier part of it. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and showed me what was the matter - a seal on the flush valve was worn, causing leaking after each fill after a flush. He said that they could not get the part, and said I could contact the company (Niagara Corp) for a replacement. I did, and they sent it to me free, even though the warranty on the toilet had expired. It came a few days later in the mail, and, thanks to the "education" Tommy gave me, I was able to replace it, and all was good again. I have had only good experiences with Pride, having also had to call a few times for AC problems, and they were always responsive, sent excellent service technicians who resolved the problem immediately. I am most pleased with Pride, and will continue to renew our service contract each year it comes due,

Leonardo was a fantastic tech. He inspected the HVAC unit and was able to come up with solutions to everyone’s satisfaction. I was without air conditioning for less than 24 hours even though it was a weekend.

Just had terrible customer service over the phone. She was rude, apathetic, disinterested, and then hung up as I was asking questions about the contract which had expired and we had never received any kind of notification that the expiry was imminent. Bad all around.
