One technician comes out and don't fix the problem for My Washer Machine . They send the same technician out again and HecSays We have to order the Part for the drain . Another technician comes out c and He Says it's the motor . My Washer Machine was not making noise I had no problem with the motor before he came out . I questioned him about the part that was ordered and his response was what part , Keepin Mind , He a Suppovisore , Prideusetogive excellentService . I would always recommendthemtopeople ,
It wentfrom it being Supposlyfixed , to a drain issue , to its , the motor and its not covered . The y said the Samething about my other WasherMachine that was not that old . When You call to Speak to a manager , They don't come to the phone . One technician tellsYou its one issue and another technician tells You its somethingeles . 3 technicias looking at the Same machine , and they all have different . Diagnosis .Some integrity should be bought Back to this company

Service call by technician was awful as was dispatch.
Kept us waiting 6 hours, shows up and leaves without knocking at our door. Doesn’t notify us as to why. Dispatch never called to let us know or to reschedule. We only knew they came because security at gate told us. Probably will look elsewhere unless they show up tomorrow and I can give a better response.

Our 3 year old air conditioner broke down and called for service. We have a 10 year warranty on it- and only pay for labor and shipping. Could not say per hour charge and shipping. My husband by a so called supervisor Was hung up on. No call back after left numerous calls. We were going to take out a contract as they came highly recommended by a neighbor- not sure now if we will- thinking twice.

I am so extremely upset and disappointed with this company! We purchased a new AC unit a year and a half ago. I called them out before the summer last year to just service it. The repair man blew the control panel leaving us without AC for days until they got a new part in. Then just a few weeks ago the compressor stopped working and as it’s still under warranty I called them out to repair it. And again the repair man didn’t fix it, he also blew out the control panel. A few days later they sent out a man who did something to at least get it working while the part is ordered. And here we wait still waiting for it. We call to speak with Brad, who we were told is the manager and no return call. This is crazy! Not even the courtesy to call us back to let us know the status! Do NOT use Pride!

Today a new complain from me.. June 12, 2023 approximately I made a call… After years I was happy with Pride Service not anymore, unfortunately I signed an annual contract. In Pride neither the manager that I communicated today had a good attitude, Stefany (Air conditioner manager, I guess was her name)was so rude on the phone, by the first moment she had not desired to help me, I had not air conditioner for one week. Three technicians from Pride came and tried to fix the air conditioner and it work but hours latter it’s stopped , but its not only the fact that the air is not fixed but its the bad communication with this manager who doesn’t know how to deal with a particular situation like my, my health is a risk with this hot environment, my noise it’s bleeding because the hot and I have to pay a hotel to be safe. I’ve been a Pride customer for over 20 years. I think they are slipping with their service. I called this morning Feb 9th. I have a problem with my toilet. I was told they will be available on Feb 17th for the repair. An eight day wait is not acceptable !

Maybe they are out of business, it's the only explanation for SO BAD service. The technician for dishwasher was 3 weeks ago, after of course change the appointment. He say part will be arrive in one week, past 2 weeks and when I try to call, service answering took my message, called again and who answer the phone say tech department will call with date, nobody did. Called again 10:30 am and nobody answer except the service answer company that only can take message (this service is suppose to answer in lunch time 12-2:00) NOBODY FROM THE PRIDE (joke?) has the courtesy to answer the phone or call back. I PAY MY ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR SERVICE. Worst company in the area.
