I became a Pride member as soon as I moved to Florida last year and have been thrilled with the customer service and the level of expertise and kindness of the technicians. Michael (employee #2027) came to my unit recently because of a problem with my refrigerator. I had met Mike once before when my kitchen light switch was not working properly. Mike proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both times he correctly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it. I am so glad that I have a contract with Pride. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Mike for being outstanding.

I had TOMMY fix some plumbing work on my sink and I must say that I was thoroughly pleased not only by his determination to repair the faucet, but also by his personality and ability to troubleshoot the problem. Thank you Tommy for being the solution.

Pride is the absolute worst. First well it keeps them forever to come to your house even though you’re paying for a service. They can’t fix it and not under warranty. They figure out a way to get out of everything. Then you try to call the manager for more information because you don’t understand what’s wrong with the machine and literally nobody calls you back after holding for an hour. Beware!!!!

Brian was absolutely awesome! He was professional, he was early, he was friendly, he was informative, he checked all other appliances that I didn't even ask about! I have never seen a company run as well as Pride air-conditioning! Their customer service people are professional, timely
,courteous and go out of their way every single time! When I've had to have an early appointment they've done everything to accommodate me! The technicians are long-standing in terms of employment record! Corporate America needs to pay attention to Pride air conditioning! A special shout-out to Howard Pearl, Marcus, Brian, end Crystal!

Unfortunately, I have to update my previous review. Not sure what is happening with this company, but their service has deteriorated during the past few years. Technicians "sugar coat" your situation and provide false promises to leave your home. They are not equipped to answer your questions or provide honest answers. They "band-aid" your system to make you believe the A/C will work. Within hours your home is hot and when you call for help the customer service team abruptly and rudely puts you in your place without providing guidance or assistance. Here we are in July, the middle of summer, and you're begging for help to no avail. They know we need them more than they need us.

I have had a service contract from Pride in a rental property for a few years. Never have to use it until now.

A tech came and told my tenants the water heater needs to be replace. Fine. I called Pride to give my approval to be told the plumber Andrew have reach out to me twice and that he left a voice message. Total lie, I never received a call or a voice message.
I called in three different occasions and was told every time that someone from the plumbing department needs to talk to me first before proceeding and that they will return my call within the day. I am still waiting to get a call from Pride. This has been going on for the last 2 weeks. No resolution yet.

I will need to hire another company since having a service contract from Pride proved a total waste of money and time.

They trained the customer service department well to deflect complains but at the end nothing is solved.

Not worth the aggravation. No point on having a service company if you are not able to use it.

I purchased the Pride Air Conditioning and Appliance contract almost a year ago and just renewed for another year. When I purchased the contract, Rachel F. was amazing in describing everything I needed. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! As i was deciding on whether to get the contract, her follow up was extremely professional and informative. Throughout the year we needed a few things fixed. The workers were always timely and professional. I just renewed with Rachel, who provided excellent customer service once again! I highly recommend Pride!

We had been living in our new home less than a month when our A/C Stopped working. Pride responded quickly and Sent one of their technicians, Ian. Ian was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
