I cancelled my contract in May, 2022 because I moved. It is now October 10th, 2022 and I still have not received my refund for the unused contract. All I get is a very polite run around.

A/C stopped working Wednesday night and Jacob, from Pride came Friday morning. He quickly determined the capacitor was bad, replaced it and it was up and running immediately.
I’ve used Pride for a number of years. They are responsive, not overpriced and do not nickel and dime you!

My experience with Pride has been great. Prior to having a Pride Service Contact, unexpected service repairs on major systems and appliances within our home were expensive and it was difficult to know who to trust. I have been with Pride for over a year and have used the service at least 3 or 4 times. I am certain the service contract paid for itself. I just renewed and working with Rachel was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend that every home or condo owner purchase a Service Contract from Pride, in my opinion it saves money. Additionally, everyone they have sent to my home has been friendly, professional, and timely.

The installers Shawn and his crew were neat and again listened to our concerns. After they were finished with the install, he made sure everything was to our liking. He checked that everything was working properly. I would recommend Pride AC for any of your AC needs.

This is the worst service, for about a week now my a/c has been out with no help from pride ac and appliance even though I have insurance with them. My ice maker is also out for about a week as well and since then no one bother to come back to fit the problem, it’s been two days since I’ve called and left a message for sally, tony or any manager to call me back and no one has got back to me, instead when I try calling back Richard gave me nothing but attitude and was so disrespectful, even though I explain to him that my family and I are very uncomfortable being in the heat with small children and a pet. When I call now the system would ask me to hold my place in line when the call time is high and it will be the next day that they would return my call of at all. We are so tired and frustrated that we are not getting any help when we paid for the insurance to help us in times like this.

I was impressed right away with Esteban. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy-going. He explained the process of a new A/C system in easy-to-understand language. His estimate was thorough and included reasonable options for me to consider. The installation was handled by LB and Ray. These guys were awesome. They did skilled work with a very courteous and professional demeanor. They never got annoyed even when I kept asking what I'm sure were dumb questions! They exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Solid, precise workmanship and they left my garage neat and clean. I will highly recommend this company and this crew to anyone who needs high-quality and affordable HVAC work.

Pride A/C Disappointment. I have an annual maintenance service contract with Pride A/C. They came out two months ago. I called them today because now I'm experiencing the same issues they "supposedly" fixed, and come to find out they were sent under another order not covered by my maintenance service contract i paid for last time. I guess they decided what I needed when I clearly stated I wanted the maintenance service. Blowing out the lines, checking the Freon, and other points they cover under this. Well now I understand all the additional charges they gave me two months ago - Floater switch and they included charging me for the blowing of the line too. The line blowing should be part of maintenance. When the tech said he was done my husband had to ask if he was going to check the filter and the answer was, oh yeah. So just two months later experiencing same issues. My question was will they stand behind their work? he answer was... No. I can schedule my ESA tune up, and they can come out sometime in late September. I felt as if they could care less and I experienced a complete and utter lack of Customer Service. Plus when I first called to get to the above point I had the phone transferring run around! I get the Contracts Department first while waiting a good 10 minutes. Opps wrong department - he would transfer me. I get the scheduling department the young man on the phone through yawns said I needed the Contracts Department - he would transfer me. Then I get a lovely lady over the phone who explained last time the visit was not what I was contracted for! Maybe that explains the additional charges from the Pride A/C. I politely asked her they were going to send someone out to check and see why whatever they fixed 2 months ago is doing the same thing, and the answer was no, sorry there is nothing I can do. Don't get me wrong this lady was very professional, and does her job well to politely put it across to a paying customer there is nothing they can do for me. Wow, just wow.

Wayne James (#2138) has performed leakage test in our AC. He is top-class professional and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the system, came up with possible solution of the problem and answered all our questions. "Pride" should be proud of such masters as Wayne. Thanks a lot!!!
