East Coast gave me a written estimate of $4,700 to fully replace my air conditioner (without even looking at the compressor). I called another company that professionally made the repair for $450.

So I called Scott. He is the owner. Told him the problem and he said he could have a tech out soon. Weather was getting bad and his techs were being held up. So he came by personally. He looked things over and did the work himself since it was getting later and he wanted to cover his techs. He fixed the issue and said he would come back the next day to ensure his fix was working. Remember, all this was last minute. His price was good too. You can tell when someone takes pride in his work and his company.

East Coast Air Conditioning members did a great job of replacing our entire air conditioning system during the last two weeks of December 2017. After the installation, we had a problem with the NEST thermostat and Scott Smith sent his team out immediately and replaced the defective thermostat with a new one. My husband and I have nothing but rave reviews for their efficient and competent work!

After my previous review, i ve been contacted by a manager who apologized to me. He asked me for a second chance at my conveniance. Gregory, a technician (another one) showed up on time , did a good job and was great. (end of the update)

Technician calls because he is lost in the neighborhood. Then calls back to tell me he has an emergency and that he ll be back in 1 hour. Technician doesnt show up to the appointment 2hr later. When i called him he hanged up. I called the office, a woman tells me the technician said he saw me and gave an appointment tomorrow (I didnt see anybody). I took a day off for that... I m sure their time is valuable, so is mine . Wont do business with them. Not professional

Hired East Coast to perform an annual maintenance and inspection on my one year old A/C that was installed by another outfit because I felt their list of included services was more comprehensive and the price more reasonable than the company I used for the original installation. After their inspection we noticed a little water leak but the owner was incredibly responsive in sending a tech out to correct the problem and did so without charge even though it turned out that the problem may very well have been the result of methods used by the original installer rather than anything his own personnel did. That kind of service and professionalism is rare these days, so from now one these guys are my new A/C company.

East Coast Air is a really good company. I highly recommend them due to there great customer service and very fast response time. I needed a new unit and they were at my house the next day. Will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to my friends.

On 7/2/18 at 7:00 pm I noticed my A/C was not working properly. I called Scott who I had used for the 1st time 8 months prior. He answered the phone and said I will have a tech out in 2 hours. Chris ( his tech) arrived and went to work fixing the A/C. Very Impressed! Thank you!

I purchase a 5 ton variable Bryant 17 seer system from Scott about 3 years ago. I have to say Scott saved me alot of money educating me about the ducting I had and that it was better than the average installation. Other companies insisted it was no good and needed replacing to the cost of $8500. My system works extremely well with an average savings of $100/ month from the 3.5 ton system I had. Scott is honest and professional and did everything he said he would.
