They just came out for a diagnostic but I could tell that they knew what they were doing.
Unfortunately they didn't get very far since I live in a Condo HOA that requires management approval for roof access, only Monday through Friday 9-5, and today is Friday at 730!
I spoke with the office to arrange a 'second opinion ' on Monday since I have a contract with another company that is coming out Monday morning.
The office explained everything so clearly and the reviews are so good that I think it's wise to get their expert opinion on such an important matter... I got such a good feeling about them just from the workers who came out and from the person in the office that spoke with me.

Chris is my East Coast A/C rep. I had a problem with the billing I received from East Cost Air. Chris worked with me and I understand the billing process. We came to an understanding and worked through the billing details. Thank you East Coast Air and Chris.

Johnathan the technician was great. Outside of his personal service, everything else was a problem. Their in-office communication is clearly broken. I had to call them so many times to make the same request and they couldn't just look at notes and figure out what had happened and what was needed. They always had to do research and call me back but NEVER ONCE called me back. They no-showed for their final appointment and now one of the units they JUST serviced went down after they promised I was "good to go" for the summer. Their fees which are high I would be ok with if the service was commensurate.

A/C unit stopped working after a storm. Made an appointment and they were here even earlier. Made sure they got everything up and working right! This is the second time I have dealt with the company and I am still very impressed with their promptness and professionalism. I would highly recommend them!

The service guy that showed up I was in my car outside my mom‘s house he came up I got out he stayed in his car until it started raining and then he stayed in at 20 minutes. I went in the house to see if he was coming in, he didn’t OK at the 20 minutes he came in First he said, did you tell the people that it was a window? I said yes I told him is a large window AC why don’t you have Cindra air because this is my mom‘s house and I can’t afford it she can’t afford it he did not want to even look at the unit after trying for five minutes to get into it he decided he couldn’t fix it so he said you need to buy a new one, so he said he was gonna call me back and give me a price of a new unit never called me back , I haven’t heard from him as of today and this is the next day at 11:30

6/4/23, edit, update. Had our 1st semi annual maintenance and it was great, easy, informative and a relief to know we have this great company taking care of our needs.
I 1st used Eat Coast to come and repair a badly installed Solar AC system which started to breakdown over time. While Eat Coast was the 3rd company we contacted, they are the ONLY business that didn't littlerally run away, or make up excuses to not attempt to repair.
ALL the staff at East Coast are friendly attentive professional and dedicated to their customer. Both occasions we have had them come and repair two different situations they have will full explanation and discussion listened and then repaired, leaving us with confidence and relief. This company TOPS the bar when it comes to all our A/C needs. Thank You All.

Representatives were friendly and professional. They replaced the fan motor and the new one is much quieter. It only took the technician 45 min to take out old and install new motor. The charge for this amount of labor was over $450. I thought this was high. Work was good.

Every single time we use this company it’s always a big success! They give amazing prices, and they always get the job done on time. Truly recommending this company.

We moved into a new house. Gaston was meticulous in his cleaning the in side and outside units and took the time to repair and clean outflow pump which apparently hadnt been cleaned in years by previous owner. Thanks EC!!

Although the Nest Thermostat was not installed due to lack of time I'm sure they will do an awesome job when it happens.

The company was responsive and efficient and the the technician that worked on our AC unit was very thorough, polite and professional. 5 stars!
