Fantastic service . Called at 6 pm with no running A/C. Two hours later, blowing cold. 2nd time using them , These are my AC guys now.

We had some thermostat issues with our unit, the office administrator Fin realized how desperate we were, she immediately took action and set us up with a technician. Jonathan arrived in less than an hour, after diagnosing the problem he fixed it much to our relief.They are all very nice, understanding, and helpful professionals. I was so happy with their service that I signed up for a semi annual maintenance. Thank you!

I can't say enough about Gaston the gentleman who came out to do maintenance on our AC. He took his job to heart and spent so much time cleaning and maintaining our AC. I wish he did more than just the maintenance on AC units. I would love to have him any time I need repairs done. He deserves a raise! Thank you Gaston. Our AC is cooling so nicely and is in better working condition.

East Coast Air is professional, timely, and does a great job. They showed up the same day we called when our AC went out last July and supplied/installed a new unit the very next day (when units were largely out of stock) for a very fair price. Today when we discovered the heat wasn’t working they again sent out a tech same-day and it was fixed under warranty inside of a few minutes. Their employees are polite and knowledgeable. The work has been top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

They gave me a window of 230 to 430, and arrived at 7:30 PM. Also Angie’s list offered a coupon for duct cleaning through them, which I have the email for, but when I called to make an appointment for an estimate, she said they don’t take coupons. The verbal estimate was very high compared to one other estimate I received. However I did not receive a written estimate, as promised.
The repair person explained the process pretty well.

Our a/c has a laugh noice and we wanted to be reviewed for that reason. But when the service person came the air does not make the noice.
