Just replaced 2 old AC with new 5 tons units at our home with East Coast Air Conditioning. From the beginning, the owner, Scott, was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. We negotiated prices, Scott made an effort to meet our needs and finish the job as scheduled. Their installation crew was simply amazing, clean, polite, quick to finish the job.
We are completely satisfied and fully recommend this company.

I'll try to remain as objective as possible by stating the facts. Readers can make their own opinion.

I had not done maintenance on my AC unit in a long time.
I found a deal on Angie's list for a $99 AC tune up, along with good reviews.
I called the company to make an appointment and got a prompt response.
A first gentleman showed up, on time, and told me that by looking at the coil I needed a deep cleaning, that was not part of the deal.
He told me that it was fairly involving, would take a couple hours and that the total would be $550 for a complete AC maintenance.

Ok...fine. My fault, I should have done regular maintenance.

The following day, the actual AC tech came. He was in an out in about one hour. He did take the coil out and clean them.

I was a bit surprised by the short time he was here so I called the office to share with them my surprise.
I was told it was a bit strange and that he probably forgot to do some of the maintenance.
Gentleman #1 (Mr Quote) came back, looked at my system and identified that the AC was fine but that I had a leak in the air conduit. He offered to redo the air duct seal around the air handler at no charge.
The tech came the following day to perform that part.

Overall everyone was courteous, on time.

We contacted East Coast Air for an Emergency AC repair on a Saturday morning! Amazingly they where able to send a Technician the same day. They put so much effort on fixing my AC to avoid me on buying a new units. They fix my AC and work like new! Very polite and clean. I will be using East Coast Air for any AC need in the near future.

They did fix my unit, but accounting seems to have overlooked my payment and kept sending invoices, the mistake was addressed and the owner apologized for the automatic emails requesting payment. Overall the AC has been repaired and still working after 6 months

I want to thank East Coast air because we had an issue with one of the air conditioners that they installed and we reached out to them. Even though the installation occurred 2 years ago, they promptly got in touch with us to take care of the problem. The owner was very helpful and was willing to do whatever it took to make the situation right. We appreciate their commitment and for resolving the issue we had in a timely and professional manner. Thank you East Coast Air for your service.

Polite and respectful folks but I did not get to use their service

Scott was very nice, honest and professional,
Got right to the root of the problem,
fixed it all within half an hour.
And arrived at my house earlier than the appointment time.
Payment for his services was
NOT overcharged,
It was fair.......
Pay whats fair for a quality person
like Scott to fix the problem the first time.
And get peace of mind, as i have now.

The tech was honest and straight forward. He did not try and up sell me or pressure me to do more than what was needed. He was knowledgeable and did a good job diagnosing the issue.

The company did everything as promised on time and fairly clean. Just two things that I lowered it to 4 stars are that they did not put a new filter, that I had to go to Home depot to buy and they had to come back to reinstall the thermostat.
