Roberto, the technician with East Coast Air was very good! He serviced my air condition units and took about an hour on each unit, cleaning the interiors of air handlers inside my home, flushing the drain lines, cleaning the exterior compressors, checking the electrical, as well as the Freon levels. I was very satisfied with the service provided!

I scheduled for an estimate on having a newly purchased mini split A/C unit installed in my sunroom. The technician, Tom Martin, came to my house and within minutes of coming into my home he said that he will not install the mini split A/C unit because I did not buy it from them, and then went on to say that it could be a lawsuit if he were to open the boxes and install the unit because he didn't know what was in the unopened boxes. I had no idea where he conjured up this scheme of fraud and lawsuits, but if that is the mentality representative of Eastcoast Air, then I certainly wouldn't do any business with this company and I will make sure to inform my other property developers to not hire this company for any project.

I knew exactly what I needed done and tried to get labor cost estimates from several companies. This is the only company that would give me an estimate over the phone. Scott the owner texted me right after I put in a Home Advisor request and in no time he gave me an estimate for a fair price. We agreed on a date and the tech showed up on time and completed the repair in a couple hours. I will definitely use them again!

Even though they were about to close, they still sent a technician out. He arrived after hours & completed a thorough review. Roberto was professional & kind even though he was working past "quitting time". Would highly recommend this company

Tyree was very professional and respectful, they have a good knowledgeable employee. He save me money by offering the yearly maintenance, i appreciated him and the company.

Tech arrived within time window. He was respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Performed repair. Offered advice. Appears to be functioning well as I write this. Thought price was a tad steep.

These guys were great! They put so much effort into their work and the results were perfection! They were great to work with - knowledgeable, nice, honest and punctual! They went above and beyond, wanting to make certain that our air was running efficiently - spending time checking our unit inside and out. I can't wait to recommend East Coast Air to all our friends. They truly are a find. Don't waste time with other companies - East Coast will be your company for life!

Always a pleasure working with East Coast Air .. we have a AC that like many in South Florida has a humidity problem with the drain flow … they always get us up and running quickly.

I called this morning and able to get a service tech 3 hours. Robert did a good job and up running unit with 2 hours. He got parts and fix it . It was hot outside. It’s my 2 Nd time got service. I recommended my friend and family. Thanks

Long story short, I came home from out of town to find that my house was at 80 degrees and my AC wasn't working. I googled search AC repair companies and came across East Coast Air. I called them on Sunday afternoon, and to my surprise, I was speaking to the owner, Scott. We set up an appointment to have one of his technicians come to my residence. The day after the technician came by, my AC unit was acting up again. I called East Coast Air again at around 10 PM Tuesday and spoke to Scott again. He sent another technician the next day and took care of the AC unit. Both times, the technicians were very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. Not having met him or know him personally, Scott appears to be an honest person and really cares about taking care of his customers. The cost of the first service call was very reasonable, and he didn't charge me for the second service call which I greatly appreciated. East Coast Air has been great and they have earned a customer for life. 5 stars all the way!
