Chris - in the office - was friendly, understanding and provided a plan and solution
Roberto - in the field - was extremely professional and clearly communicated the condition and options

The technicians do not have any knowledge or professionalism, they come and go without fixing the issues. The owner has as his only goal to collect checks without providing service, and them he sends the same invoices and solicits payment again, for the paid invoices. Scam!

They gave estimate on an upcoming duct installation

Scott and crew did a great job on my new Carrier A/C unit. I would recommend them to anyone in need of any service or new installations. They were very professional and minimized my down time.

Hi , this is Cristina , I did write a review earlier for East Coast that was not good and I apologise , IT WAS NOT MEANT TO BE FOR EAST COAST AC company . Scott had my AC fixed in november and so far is running well ! No complains . I hope the repair to last for awhile because previously I had my AC fixed by another company for the same thing and it just lasted for a few months . Scott was polite and nice and had the job done .

Just had my ac unit serviced by Venel. He did the most thorough job of anyone I've seen. He paid attention to every detail and even cleaned the panels of the air handler inside my house. Can't thank him enough.

They were very knowledgeable professional and did an excellent job Chris and JJ very excellent professionals and I will hire the company again if needed in the future
