Matt has been out twice and is very professional and honest about my systems issues.

First Response Is an excellent company. We have used them for HVAC installation and service since 2018. They provide excellent service and cut out the nonsense of trying to sell you on products and services you don’t need. Today Matt was at our home to perform maintenance on our unit. He was professional, clean and knowledgeable. He left my home better than he found it and was respectful of myself, my family and property. Thank you for being our HVAC provider of choice.

From beginning to end, things were just easy, straightforward, helpful, and PROPER.
Our A/C problems couldn’t have been solved any quicker or any better by anyone else out there. The boss did the scheduling himself, getting someone out to us same-day! And… for a competitive diagnostic fee (that was actually more affordable than the previous company I called that was slightly less pleasant on the phone).

Kory came out immediately after the call he was on and gave us all our options and thoroughly explained about a hundred questions we had. He was a total pro and along with his boss, they went so beyond to accommodate us that it felt like a legit miracle. He was awesome and actually left and came back to bring us a portable A/C unit as a loaner before the install team came out NEXT DAY!! We originally thought we’d be waiting until later in the week for things to come in stock and an appointment to be available, but the good news just kept coming!
We were shocked at how immediately they were able to tackle a whole install, especially on a home that is much older and provided unique challenges. They did such a thorough, professional and SKILLFUL job. Huge shout out to Daniel who we look forward to seeing again when our fancy thermostat comes in! We wish we could take all these guys out for nice dinner because they worked til night, in the dirt, under our home replacing ductwork, at our dark country property, with relentless mosquitos. TOUGH work, yet still had amazing attitudes and always so kind and courteous.

We had First Response come out during our stay at Sun N Fun to fix our AC on one of our trailers. Though it took a couple times to get it right, First Response came back out in a moments notice and ensured the job was done and everything worked. Very happy with the communication from from this company. Highly recommend

This company saved the day for me and my family. I first called another company who will remain un-named who gave me a run around and was no help. First Reponse however went above and beyond to help get my air working as intended again and in extremely quick fashion.
Not only was the service great but the advise given will help me succeed in life's journey in terms of how to work with some minor common issues.

I had a great experience with First Response. Trent and Bryan were both absolutely phenomenal! They walked me through the process and provided as much education into what I currently had, what was needed immediately, and even pointed out potential future needs. Their pricing was very fair. Their response time was wonderful. They were very responsive to my calls and emails when I had questions. I was really nervous about if I could find someone I felt I could trust, and I will definitely say I trust that they aren't going to sell me on services or things that I do not need. I would recommend First Response to anyone needed trustworthy, reliable, and fairly priced AC/Heating needs.
