Big, massive, gargantuan thanks to Brian who saved some lives tonight.
Called with an issue at 11 pm, answered right away and gave clear and actionable info on how I could fix it and then offered a tech if I couldn’t.

I fixed it, the AC js back on and I’m literally trying to figure out how to start a fan club for this man.

If you’re Brian’s boss and you’re reading this, make him the VP of Customer Relations and double his pay. Brian if you’re the owner take the rest of the month off.

This place is amazing! We just bought this home. Our AC must have been a zombie because it was ancient and had NEVER been serviced. They had to use nitrogen to clean the system out. SO GROSS!! They replaced everything and weren't pushy at all. They gave us our options and let us decide what to do. Plus they did it quickly. We absolutely love our new AC unit! It's so quiet and works so well. The whole house smells better. The new unit even has a new concrete slab and they took the old one away. We highly recommend this company!!

Never again will I use this company, had them out because my ac wasn’t working and I wasn’t home, so decided to just pay their $79 service fee just to show up, less than 30 minutes later, my bill was $324.00!!!!! They did NOTHING. They “cleared” my drain line and “checked my pressures”. Clearing a drain line can be done by a homeowner in less than 10 minutes and it can easily be done. That’s all that was done, so less than 30 minutes for $324!!! I could understand if they added Freon, or something more complex. I understand the hat every company has to make money to stay in business, they don’t need to rob people to do so. There is no excuse for this price and they know that. My business will be going elsewhere.

if you want First Rate work you must have a company that does First Rate work I cannot say enough about First Response Heating and Cooling I purchased my air conditioner from them 5 years ago you can call them and they will be here within 30 minutes . Matt from First Response definitely went out of his way to help me today he fixed something that didn't even have anything to do with my air conditioner while he was in the Attic they're just awesome people who go above and beyond if you're even thinking about purchasing a air conditioner definitely use First Response Heating and Cooling . you will not find a better air conditioning company anywhere in the state of Florida God bless you for what you did for me today I appreciate it so much

I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism displayed by the serviceman who came to fix my AC issue. My AC was leaking and not draining properly, so I urgently called for assistance. However, the serviceman arrived an hour late, which was already a red flag. Once he finally arrived, he seemed to dilly dally around my AC unit, not taking the issue seriously.

After only 15 minutes of what appeared to be haphazard "fixing," the serviceman claimed the job was done. However, when I went to check, I discovered that he had intentionally filled up the fail-safe tub to ensure that the AC wouldn't turn back on. This was a deliberate act of sabotage, and I was shocked and appalled.

To make matters worse, the serviceman then had the audacity to demand a whopping $2500 to fix the issue, which I found to be completely unreasonable. When I brought up the fact that he had intentionally caused the fail-safe to trigger, he responded with a derogatory comment about immigrants and told me to "f off." This level of unprofessional behavior and blatant discrimination was absolutely unacceptable and left me in disbelief.

As a customer, I expect professional and ethical service, and the serviceman's intentional damage to my AC and derogatory comments were inexcusable. I was left extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I received. It's unacceptable for any service provider to behave in such an unprofessional and discriminatory manner.

The most unprofessional servicemen and owner you will ever deal with. Asked them to come and drain the drainage line and they told me no for liability reasons - I told them that’s fine and to be on their way. Before the serviceman left he did 2 different things to ensure my AC would not work and they were not willing to send someone out to undo the damage he did. The owner of the company called me after guns blazing accusing me of a million different things - I don’t care, i had to pay a more professional company to fix their damage. Do not use this service, and tell your friends to not use this service.

See all these 1 sentence responses? Doesn't take a genius to know they pay for there reviews. I received absolutely the worst service I have ever seen and the mechanic completely lied about fixing the AC. It took him longer than expected and he simply just left cause it was getting late. What kind of professional code do they operate by. 'Oh im lazy let me just have this person pay me and screw over their AC'. Also they stepped on my cat's tail so if you care about animals.

Horrible HVAC company who tried to swindle me, thinking I was stupid. Tried to charge more than $2000 for a job that another company didn't even charge me for and only charged me for the call out. Absolutely terrible company that should not be used. I am sure they will respond saying "They don't have me in their system" like the rest of their reviews, but I have suffered through them.
