Brown Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Brown was able to send Gary out within hours on a Sunday to help us get the AC in our house up and running. We're only visiting for a week, so timing on this was key. Very responsive, didn't upcharge on anything, got the job done as quickly and inexpensively as possible without cutting any corners. Highly recommend

Brown Heating & Cooling was very professional with scheduling and performing services. Jose arrived and was very personable. He explained every step with great detail as he was servicing/inspecting our system. He gave honest opinions and did not pressure us with any big ticket sales. We felt very comfortable with the information he provided. System is over ten years old but was operating within spec. When it is time to replace our system very soon, we will give Brown Heating & Cooling our business.

Wanted basic info for replacing HVAC and heat pump plus a bid. Gage was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with my questions.

Drain pan was overflowed, overflow was cleared and UV light was installed. Jose is highly knowledgeable and did an amazing job at making us understand what he did and why and fixed the issue in a good amount of time. I highly recommend Jose, very professional and time efficient. I would like for Jose to continue to be our technician moving forward.

I have used Brown heating and cooling for over a decade now. They are always on time. They make sure to wear booties to keep my home clean. They are reasonably priced. The call every year to remind me my service is coming due. All of those things are important to me but the most important thing they do is take pictures of an issue they find and thoroughly explain it to me. Whenever there is an issue I know how to explain to my husband what is going on and what and why we need the add on (surge protector, hard start, lights, flow switch) or the repair. I feel that the techs are knowledgeable and they are will to teach me what I need to know about my unit so that is runs better. I would and do recommend they to everyone. 10 out 10!!!

Gary was amazing. Early for the appointment and very apologetic on the cost of the service that I really needed, which to me, shows he wasn’t just trying to sell me something but it was genuinely something I needed.

Jose was great. He showed me the problem and explained the possible repairs. He fixed it quickly and insured we would be protected in the future by installing a "storm surge" kit on the unit. Very quick and professional.
