We've been using Brown Heating and Cooling since 2001. In that time they've done all types of services. We've never had a bad experience with them. They are always courteous and always explain things if we have questions. We lived in Bradenton for 17 years, when we moved to Sarasota they transferred our service to our new home. 😊

Jose was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Service was on a Saturday, response was fast. Highly recommend.

We have been very pleased with Browns Heating and Cooling over the past several years. They responded today to an emergency call for the AC. Gary called on his way and again as soon as he was finished to explain the problem and what he did to repair it. The call was much appreciated since we are currently out of state. I owned A.A.D&R prior to retirement which is why it posts under this name, Rusty Flake is my name…. I need to update my review…we had some bumps in the beginning of my dealings with Brown’s…however after this company found out that I was less than pleased, I was contacted vey quickly and was assured that they wanted to get the problem resolved…I felt that it was a sincere statement and agreed to let them get things right…they have finished it up now and I need to say…Brown’s is not an honorable company and I would not recommend them if the situation to do so arises. When in July of 22, they installed the new ductwork, apparently they did an inferior and unprofessional job since it needs replaced again in less than a year. They want us to pay them again to replace the ductwork…I strongly recommend that you NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
