Brown Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Like so many others, we ran into A/C problems this summer. I called several places and had another company scheduled but they weren’t able to make it until 4 days from the call. When I called Brown, the woman I spoke to apologized for not being able to send anyone out that day (I called in the late afternoon) but said she could have someone out the next morning. Gage arrived first thing and took care of the problem. He also pointed out some issues that we need to address in the very near future but did not pressure me in any way. He was very patient in explaining everything and answered all of my questions. We will definitely be using Brown again!!

Great company and Jose was awesome! I got home yesterday to find the temperature in my home was 86 degrees. It was 6:00pm. I called Brown Heading, Cooling and Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told someone would be at my home between 6:30pm and 9:30pm. Jose called me at 6:30 to say he was in his way. Twenty minutes later my doorbell rang. Jose fixed the issue quickly and explained what the problem was. My home is nice and cool again. Jose was very professional. I highly recommend this company!

Had maintenance done on my system the day before. Was gone most of the day and when I got back home in the evening, it seemed a bit warm, and found A/C was not working, so called the office. They scheduled someone to come back the next morning to check. Gary was here about 8:20a, and found the pan 'float' had been knocked off, which caused the system to not run (safety feature). He adj / replaced float, and system started working.

I am in awe. Thank you so much for your help repairing my ac unit. Another company wanted thousands for repair but Brown heating and cooling saved the day with a cheap repair. They are the good guys here to help you. I will continue to use Brown for all of my ac and heating needs.
