6 month check up. Marco is the best, most through tech ever sent me over 12 years. Personable, respectful, professional. Brown has a real GEM of an employee. I want him as my tech from now on.

These guys are great. I purchased a service plan last year (very reasonable) and just renewed for another year. Their tech is outstanding, knows his stuff, on time and cares. Thank you Troy and Lisa.

Troy was great! Because of a cancellation, he was able to get there very quickly, and showed up on the early side of the projected time frame. He was very nice, polite, and professional. He quickly identified the problem, and did the repair very efficiently. Next we need service, I’ll ask for Troy.

Jose Galicia came out to assess our AC unit which was cycling on and off repeatedly. After a thorough evaluation of the system, he recommended a replacement given its age and the prospect of more trouble down the road. He recommended a Lennox Elite AC/Heat pump combo. The following day Ben Avery and his associate showed up promptly and began their day long removal and replacement process. They were courteous, diligent, and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Kudos to the Brown Heating team. I would not hesitate availing myself of their services again. Great job fellas!

Jose, the technician, was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions. I just purchased this home in Florida last year and recently purchased Brown's maintenance agreement. He performed regular maintenance on my Airtemp Heatpump and checking the Thermostat. He had to replace one small part, the "start assist device" that was from the previous unit. He expressed that he did the original install on this 2021 unit. He did a great job overall! The front office was good as well to offer the maintenance agreement! They will follow up again in 6 months for routine maintenance.

Rob quickly fixed our sewer smell problem by changing out the wax seal in the bathroom and took extra steps to clean out the flange and replace the bolts and supply line, all for less than I was quoted by other companies. Thank you!

I had a New A/C installed on 8/9/22. As of today, i hve never had any issues. Brown Heating Cooling they r professional n extremely knowledgeable. If, u hve any questions they definitely hve the right answer. On 5/10/23 Lisa called me to remind me of a courtesy Maintenance Service. Lisa gave an appt for 5/11/23. Mr. Troy LeBuffe came on time. He was professional n knowledgeable. He answer my questions n explain the situation. Whn
