Jose has his work cut out for him with our install. Many issues continued to present themselves while Jose installed our new ac. He remained professional and courteous the entire time. Jose also went above and beyond to get the job done to this point. He continously worked to get it up and running from 10 am to 530 with minimal light availabile in the space. We still need to have an electrician come out in order for Jose to complete the job. We highly recommend asking for Jose!!

Don’t trust, negligent, and incompetent. Three visits total ($750+ spent) and the AC unit was never fixed. Plus $1k in damages from a careless tech. Highly disappointed and taken advantage of by Brown Heating & Cooling. After the tech was in the attic severe water damage occurred due to slow leak (pipe was knocked out of place).

The supervisor said I could not prove the tech caused the leak and Brown company would do nothing to contribute to the repairs. Damages included fallen sheet rock (ceiling) and new insulation. The AC unit was still NOT repaired. I was quoted 8k by Brown to replace AC ducts throughout my entire home.

Alternate company fixed AC same day no charge to diagnose $255 out the door. Alternate AC company also offered to send contact of trusted company to fix water damage. The issue was on the outside unit not in the attic.

I requested a technician to inspect a unit for correct zoning in a new construction 2 story home. I did not believe the builder's air conditioning company correctly installed the 2 zones. I would have given a 5 star, but they sent out the wrong type of technician the first time. They did send the correct one within an hour.
Greg Thompson, the technician ,was very professional, knowledgable, and confirmed my suspicions quickly. He throughly explained the zones and what was involved. The builder had only put one bedroom in a different zone, not the entire 2 floor.
I will definitely be using Brown Heating & Cooling for my future needs.

Because Brian was professional and explained his report thoroughly on his initial visit a month ago, we called Brown H/C to fix our lack of power from the fan. It initially looked like a blower motor going out.
Brian called his boss and together they tracked down what was malfunctioning. This took them some extra time, but in the end all is well and they saved me the cost of a blower motor and installation. All for the cost of a service charge.
THIS IS A FIRST CLASS HIGH INTEGRITY COMPANY. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hvac services
