Brown Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

I have been a customer of Brown Heating And Cooling since I moved to Bradenton three years ago. I have always found the technicians to be professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Today was no exception, and I had two technicians conduct the maintenance call, as one was in training. The only issue that I can point out is that they did try to upsell me on a product which I consider to be unnecessary.

From first call to receiving the bill for payment the folks at Brown were professional and excelled in customer service! First time customer and they were onsite within 45 minutes of making an appointment. Very efficient and reasonably priced. Our ac technician Jose was the best. Very thorough and informative along with having a wealth of knowledge. Thanks to Carol Jose and Brown for taking a ‘hot’ mess and changing it into a great experience!

Thank you for adding new drain lines from the HVAC system. Now, I do not have to worry about the pump that was caused to overflow drain pan last summer.
