This company, Jose G., installed my ac unit when the old one was literally burning itself up. Jose did my maintenance checkup yesterday. He is just as professional, efficient, kind, thorough and personable as when he installed the unit. He is the reason I use Brown and trust them.
Update: Jose and a trainee did a tuneup and inspection of my ac, both inside and out. I feel that this business, especially with Jose, holds itself to very high professional standards. Highly recommended.

Chris from Brown Heating and cooling came to repair our AC unit. He was able to quickly find the issues and fixed them n the spot. He was able to give me some great information about the system. Chris’s was able to be of great assistance with energy saving Ideas that I may want to look into for the future. I had other concerns related to the setup of my system, and Chris confirmed some of these issues I was seeing. Overall, the service was outstanding. Thanks Chris for all you do.

Gage was my representative. Very thorough, explained in detail what he was doing and answered all my questions on my list one by one. Knowledgeable about static pressure and informed me of the variance so I can communicate with Lennox if needed. He is Nate trained which is a real bonus!!! Brown heating and cooling were our heroes this week. When our A/C stopped working we called them. Andrew arrived promptly and we had to replace the old one. He gave us a good deal and we ordered a new unit. They sent 2 super, professional guy who installed the unit in about 5 hours. We were back to relaxing in comfort. Called Brown Heating and Cooling due to AC not cooling the house. Gage L. the service technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He repaired the ac and sold us a new unit. We were very impressed with him and Brown H&C.
